Good place to stay, near city centre. Everything is great.

Noticed the air conditioner wasn't as cold as expected, and the filter wasn't cleaned regularly. It's the cheapest hotel with a child pool, but no maintenance has been done for the pool deck; a few planks are unstable or popping out. At least please ensure the affected planks are replaced for safety.

The hotel is comfortable and 5-star. There's a swimming pool and a great view. Recommended for those traveling to Penang.

In the website state that already allocate customer parking but in the reality it is not. Secondly, the air conditioner not functioning at all. Thirdly, the bedsheets dirt (have blood stain).

Positive: 1, cleanliness. Room was super clean. 2, staff. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Negative: 1, no complementary water or coffee sachets. 2, towels were in terrible condition we couldn't use them. This app should have 5 rating choices instead of 4: very bad, bad, neutral, good, very good. For the lack of neutral I chose bad because if I wasn't staying there for only 1 night I would have changed hotels. Photos of towel attached.
