Rooms were clean, wait staff was attentive and truly friendly

It was a very nice day with exception the elevator that we realized was not working . We were on the third floor with suitcases to take down but made said that there was another elevator that was in service otherwise we would have had quite a time. The bed was high and comfortable the bathroom had a step up into the bathtub which I didn't care for but the water pressure etc was perfect . Wish the rates were a bit lower.

No limpiaron mi habitación ningún día y estuve 5 noches

NO LIMPIARON NINGÚN DÍA LA HABITACIÓN, nos quedamos 5 noches y ningún día hicieron la limpieza. En la recepción nos avisaron que teníamos que pedirla, la pedimos y tampoco funcionó.

Staff were wonderful and honest , check in was easy and free parking for the night was very good.

We were a little disappointed about the location. It really was not walkable to the downtown area. The restaurant next door told us that we needed a reservation to eat there from the hotel...and they never asked us about where we wanted to eat. The worst thing was that the hot water was STUCK on scalding and we could not adjust it...so the shower was worthless to us and dangerous at that. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Great service. The front desk was great. Room was clean and service at the restaurant was top drawer.

Rooms are very basic but acceptable, bed was comfy enough. The problem is that there is no possibility to open the windows so in 4 days fresh air never entered the room. There is a sign saying there is always fresh air coming in despite windows are closed but that’s only if you are ok with freezing with air con…I get it is linked to safety but you would just need to install some block of sort on the windows not to open completely, not let the people not get fresh air whatsoever. Room has never been cleaned up in 3 mights/4days

Det var et godt værelse, god plads, rigtig fint badeværelse. Vinduet kunne ikke åbnes, men der var air condition. Personalet var hjælpsomme. Sengen var god. Udsigt til Tor. Restauranten ved siden af var god. 20 minutters gåtur til byen. Alt i alt fint. God pris.
