The location of this room was great, it was within a 20-30 minute walk from all the sites. And very close to lots of great dining spots. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night but had very loud construction on the building all day long. It was also extremely small but was fine for our 2 nights there.

Great location wakable to major locations like the Prado and Reina Sofia Museums and the Royal Palace. Many different restaurants to choose from. Space was clean and easy to access.

Great location. The only reason for four stars was that the elevator wasn’t working & properly had to lug my baggage down 6 flights of stairs.

Location, Location, Location. Such good value for proximity of galleries and nearness to bar and restaurant filled streets and Plazas. The beautiful park a joy - so easy to walk to.

Stayed for my honeymoon. The place was clean, quiet and the staff was very attentive. Is centric with everything walking distance. The view from my room was beautiful! They made your bed and clean up every day, that makes a difference compared to even bigger hotels. My stay was fantastic! I will definitely come back!

Staff friendly, entrance getting renovated but instructions were good, excellent location

We had very helpful staff at the reception...the room was small..hard to tell as they had no pictures of the room exept a close up of the bed and sink...the bathroom had a strong odor...we had the window open all night..and my husband could not sleep well in the bed as it was very soft.

Nice location, great staffs

Location, location, location. Value for the money. Quirky, not for those used to being pampered or responded to at all hours. The room was clean, the essentials provided, but you are basically on your own. We were thankful every day that we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

Amazing, well appointed room. Very comfortable bed with a great mix of pillows. Even when they didn't think we could get an early check in, they managed to get us in several hours early. INCREDIBLE location. Felt like we were within a kilometer of everything we wanted to do. Fantastic shower with very hot water. Blow dryer. Iron. Safe. Storage lockers to hold luggage as needed. Really a fantastic property. We would stay again without hesitation.

Awesome location! Clean comfortable bathroom, great bed + pillows. The essentials for a stay when main priority is location and comfort to get needed rest for a whole day out.

Friendly staff. Super convenient to all the major sites. 4 min walk to El Prado The air didn’t work the first day but they sent someone to fix it

Noisy room because of location of the entrance to the rooms. It’s not really like a hotel but a section of a building sectioned off.
