You’re our {tierName}

You need to take bicycle rickshaw to get to the centre. Car/motorised rickshaw takes you close to it. 
The hotel rooms didn't have hot water
The towel was soiled
Service was poor

Most polite staff I have seen. They will do everything they can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I want to thank Soheb , Soheb and Nazarulla for talking care of us. Thank you. 

It’s an average hotel, suited my needs.
The room was of nice size, bathroom too compact.
