I had an amazing stay here and truly can’t thank the staff enough for how kind and helpful they were during my trip to Shima. The hotel itself was beautiful, very comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was also wonderful — very clean, peaceful, and private, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Saito and the rest of the staff went completely above and beyond for me. They even drove me where I needed to go the next day when they absolutely did not have to, which I was incredibly grateful for. When I returned looking for my lost AirPod, they didn’t just point me in a direction — they actively helped me search my room and even looked throughout the hotel with me. That level of care and hospitality is something you don’t forget. Everyone here was so welcoming and genuine, and they made my stay feel special from beginning to end. If I ever come back to Shima, I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was a hidden gem. It still has minor tweaks to be done, but overall was well worth the stay. I will come back. Pet friendly also!

Our stay was very special. The owner and manager were welcoming and helpful for every need and question we had. The hotel is spacious and stylish. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and quiet, with birdsong out our window in the morning.

Nice and good. Just the room door are a bit cheap - you could hear everything from outside like someone standing in our room. But helpful staff and good wifi speed.

非常に残念でした。 １階に泊まりましたが、シャワーのお湯が全く出ませんでした。 他の部屋のトイレを流す音がうるさ過ぎました。 露天風呂の蓋が重すぎて、開けられませんでした。 素泊まりで1人9200円も出して、これでは残念で仕方ないです。

Très bien.un seul inconvénient : isolé ( restaurant et ville à 4 km) et beaucoup d 'escaliers ( difficile pour une personne un peu handicapée)

非常靜 職員又親切

ファミリー向け和室はリーズナブルですが、畳がやや古い、普通の和室です。水回りは改装されピカピカです。浴槽無し、シャワーです。

朝食の時間が遅すぎる。トイレと洗面台が離れていて使いずらい。お風呂があまり清潔でない。部屋にTVがない。

201の部屋の中が下水道のような匂いがして眠れなかった

洋室を2名+小型犬で泊まりました。 ワンコは寝る際にはハウス(折り畳み式持ち込み)に入れて就寝。

朝食は私に合っていた

モダンな建築とインテリアなのにアットホームなサービス。一人旅で歩いてきたのを知り翌朝は駅まで私用車で送ってくださり大変助かりました。大浴場には湯船に保温シートを浮かべ環境、省エネに配慮。

自動販売機があればさらに快適

お部屋が広々としていて良かったです。浴室もゆっくり入れました。犬連れでしたが、快適でした。素泊まりのプランでしたが、周囲に食事ができるところがなかったので、後で朝食をつけて良かったです。とても静かでよかったです。

ゴルフの試合の滞在で使用させていただきました。 オーナー？の対応が良く、いろいろ融通きかせてくれました。 また、近くに行くことがあれば利用させていただきたいです。

夕食は、スタッフの方のオススメのお店に送っていただきましたが、途中展望台にも寄っていただきました。 柔軟にご対応いただきありがたかったです。 オススメのお店もとても美味し飼ったです。

綺麗なんですが、私が止まった部屋だけかもしれませんがお手洗いの音がまる聞こえなので、よほど気の許せる人とでないと厳しいかも。

ベッドがとても気持ちよく、ぐっすり眠れました。シャンプーもキシキシせず、香りも良かったです。他のアメニティーも良かったです。

大浴場にいつでも入れるとよかったです。 しかしながら、部屋は清潔でお洒落な施設で良かったです。
