Lack of professionalism

I chose this hotel because it had a 10 rating and the pictures looked nice. Upon arrival there was nobody in the reception to receive us and when she arrived she wasn’t welcoming at all. For the 2 days stay there was never anyone at the reception. There was no handle on the inside if the bathroom so getting out was difficult. The wifi connection was weak. The was no lamp in the room so we had a choice of either the bright light on which harsh or to turn the bathroom light on. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working. Overall I was say the stay wasn’t worth the money compared to other hotels that offer better quality and service for the same price.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff.

I had a great time relaxing out of the comfort of my home. Super peaceful environment☺
