Clearly not suited for more than 2 people, when it was offered for 4. The space is too limited, the kitchen is ageing, and the additionnal futons were slims as bed covers, impossible to sleep on them. The location is not particularly pleasant (both building and area), I see it convenient for a one-night stop next to Hakata station for 2 people. But at that rate for us it was the worst price/quality combo of a 3 weeks trip in Kyushu (including 5 days in other areas of Fukuoka).

The room was small but very convenient for two people during a week, and ideally located just a short walk from Hakata Station. We experienced a few minor communication hiccups at first, but everything was resolved smoothly in the end. A comfortable stay overall.

Extremely poor booking service. System doesn't allow making amendments to booking dates and I have no choice but to cancel the booking which they only refund 5% of the booking fee. I didn't even get to use their service. Keep throwing me it's company policy rather than providing customer service. Hope more will see this post and beware of this. Such a scammer. Hope you feel good taking my money that you don't deserve it. Reply to the owner's response: Although technically it's impossible to access the system, but for the sake of your reputation, you could have provided alternate ways of refund instead of explaining and throwing me your policy which I don't appreciate and this doesn't absolve you of your responsibilities. Now I know you would forsake your reputation for a few hundred dollars.

It’s quite a walk from Hakata station if you have heavy luggages. Booked a room for 3 persons and got a bed and a sofabed. There’s not much room for luggages to be opened. Hot water temperature is digitally controlled so it was good. The room is clean. Easy to get in and out of the property. Overall it was ok. The best thing is that you can leave your luggages at the looby before/after checkin.

It is less pricey for sure but the rooms are really tiny. For context we booked a room that’s supposedly good for 4. Fortunately we were a party of 3. It’s relatively close to the Hakata station, you could walk there in about 8-10 minutes. If you want to park your car, it’s 770 yen for a day.
