very very clean room , easy parking lot and friendly staff . it was really good

Ciudad del Este is a busy city full of markets. The area around the border has a lot of traffic during rush hour but is quiet most of the rest of the day. This hotel is in the busy border crossing area but a short Uber to some great food around the main park in the town.

The hotel, food, and staff was great.. Room was big with nice clean king size bed.. Neighborhood seemed a bit rough but was a good hotel.. My only real gripe was bathroom floors same as tile in bedroom and when wet its slick.. also all the doors had a set of 5 keys they gave you and was sliding glass doors.. just seemed odd

I really enjoyed the family friendly staff and restaurant everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. I didn’t see any high chairs and they don’t provide cribs or pack N plays but the stuff was super accommodating and offered other options. Wifi was great and even though they don’t have a business center the lobby had a nice open area where I could work and they even printed some things for me in the lobby. I’d definitely stay there with my family again

Bom hotel! Otimo custo benefício. Único porém, é que as paredes são muito finas, o que torna o simples caminhar nos corredores, muito barulhento. Ah, e um aviso, se vc for celíaco, intolerante ao glúten, leve comida de casa para o café da manhã, pois não tem opção, mesmo solicitando no ato da reserva. Se for intolerante a lactose, peça para fazerem ovos mexidos sem lácteos. Deu certo pra mim.

Café da .anha péssimo. Hotel vazio e exigiram aguardar até às 24:00h para o check-in. No checkout as 10:00 h que é um absurdo, tentaram cobrar R$ 100,00 por eu ter saído as 11:00h. Nunca mais!
