The pillows were uncomfortable, too much padding. Other than that it was a great stay

It was quiet, clean rooms, fresh smelling. Only request I would have is a couple smaller pillows, felt kinked neck as they were so thick

Hotel was a bit dated. Breakfast limited but Sunday Brunch was outstanding! Needs refurbished.

westlock is not a very great place to stay. We had booked this hotel for an event and then could not get a cab so we never even entered the room.

Nice comfortable place. It is older so nothing fancy but it is clean and comfortable. Great restaurant and pub on location with good food. The service is a bit slow.

I was there for a 45th class reunion. Breakfast was great in the cafe. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is aging needing new carpets. Shower bathtub is yellow faded with cigarette burns from long ago. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Included breakfast was a bonus!
