Strategic location, near Bukit Bintang area. Only a small room, the TV can't be used to watch anything at all, the shower partition door can't be closed properly, so you get wet everywhere when you shower. Very crowded with Indonesians, checking in takes a number like at a bank.

Very recommended, clean and very near to shopping area.

One of the best hotels I have ever slept in, in KL. Clean, near public transport. Gym and pool facilities are good.

Strategic location, close to the culinary center, close to the MRT too, even though there is a queue when checking in/out, it is still orderly, (you can also leave your suitcase if you still want to walk around after checking out), it is highly recommended.. ☺️👌👍

The hotel staff was friendly, and even in a busy environment, they didn't ignore guests' requests and were always accommodating. I'd definitely return, as the elevator queues were busy and there were no jostling because the staff were there to help.

I was able to enter the room at 1 o'clock and check out at 6 pm. I paid RM100 because the plane was delayed. It was okay, so I could rest comfortably😘

The location is very strategic. Book a deluxe balcony room (pavilion view). It's very comfortable, large, and very clean. Highly recommended for those who want to stay overnight and there are lots of culinary options in the area.

I stayed here for two days. The room had a beautiful view, overlooking the pavilion. It wasn't very spacious, but it was adequate. The strategic location is very close to the pavilion and Alor, also within walking distance. There's a shortcut from the pavilion to KLCC. Check-in and check-out were quick... So far, very satisfying. Thank you.

The hotel is strategically located, close to the MRT and Monorail.

It’s my second time to stay here. Of course, next time I’ll choose this hotel too.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received. One of the young staff members at the baggage drop was incredibly rude and unprofessional in the way he spoke. Additionally, when I was struggling to load my luggage into a taxi, the security staff stood by chatting with their friends instead of offering any help. This level of indifference and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on hotel establishment.
