It's close to restaurants and shopping. You can easily get everywhere you want, just walk. No need to take a Grab.

My second time staying here, and it was overall another pleasant experience! The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is the lift situation; you sometimes have to queue for a while just to head up to your room during peak hours.

Price reasonable. Best location. You can walk to Pavilion, TRX, Fahrenheit, Lot 10, etc. If you don't mind queuing to use the elevator, then this hotel would be the best.

All the hotel staff were very nice, especially the receptionist Kamal. He met my requests and was close to everything. This is one of my go-to hotels when I visit Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is in the best location…. The only problem is the elevator because you have to queue to go up to the room and even when you go down you have to wait for several elevators before going up because it is often full… Don't use any stairs at the room level because when the door is closed it is difficult to open even if you have a room access card…

Quality of the facilities and its location are superb, but improvement might be necessary for the queue for the lift and the queue for check-in.

Everything is okay, it's just a shame the bathroom is so small.

I have stayed here twice because of its strategic location and the hotel is very nice.

The room was hot, as the AC technician informed me, due to the altitude. The room was small, poorly lit, and the bathroom was small and had no exhaust. The location was good, close to the Pavilion. I was initially drawn to this place by the reviews, but my experience didn't match those of previous guests. Thank you.

Good location surrounding the shopping mall complex, fast check-in time, good hospitality of hotel staff. Five kudos.
