The hotel is nice and comfortable, worth it for the price of around 300, but unfortunately if it doesn't include meals it's a bit of a hassle to find food because it's far from places to eat.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Although the hotel is on the outskirts of town, it's not too far to access, making it perfect for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view is also stunning from the top.

Everything was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, during my stay, a guest in the room next to mine was very noisy, disturbing the other guests. The room next door played music at a volume similar to a bar or karaoke venue—extremely loud and incredibly noisy. This should be a guideline for future use, so that hotel rooms are not allowed to play music or turn on the TV at such a loud volume that it could disturb other guests.

Got a room right on the roadside, noisy, and poorly soundproofed. The AC was hot, and even after leaving it on for over three hours, it was still hot. The pool was dirty, and the water didn't flow. Towels for swimming had to be collected from reception, and the bathroom was cramped.

The staff was friendly, asking if the room was comfortable and up to expectations. Breakfast with an ocean view was good. The swimming pool was clean. The bathroom was okay. The room's view of the banana plantation was mistaken for an ocean view. The hotel's lighting was good, and the ambiance was good. The lobby was okay. A simple hotel.

Three days in Lampung, staying one at the Kyriad Hotel. Absolutely top-notch. The security, reception, and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. There's a pool, although a bit high for a 4-year-old, but overall, it was okay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lampung.
