Everything was perfect. Easy access, central location, laundry! Loved the whole experience

The room was close to the central station and shops - very clean and easy to come and go.

Excellent location with prompt virtual service. Easy to check in and luggage storage was so handy. Our bedding was stained and our room was missing sheets but it was quickly amended. Would stay in this convenient and comfortable location again.

Nice and convenient place, near Oslo station .Although staff is remote but they will answer your queries.

We like this room for 4 for both of us better as we have a sitting area ( sofa bed ) and small round table for drinking coffee and a bed at the side . The whole place is compact, keyless but cosy and clean .This place is very near the Oslo train station and metro line etc so very easy to move around and travel out of oslo.Nice place .There is a laundry room at level 1and a complimentary gym nearby but we did not manage to get to use it .We like this place .

Really enjoyed the stay, great location, easy to find. Nice touch with the personal card at the room :) The only thing was that i personally found it a bit cold in the room, even if i adjusted the radiator and it was a bit dusty on the shelf and in the corner (where there was open open wiring?) Over all, would recommend!

Centric and clean room

For that price point it is really good value for money. They have a deal with a gym 5 min walk away. They have a little laundrette. And the location is hard to match. Quiet enough even though it is as down town as you get.

The room was nice bed was comfy. As I had a weekend stay the next door building work didn’t impact until the Monday when I was leaving early anyway. Check in wasn’t great I selected arrive now and updated booking instead of waiting around for hour it told me room ready went there someone cleaning next door room told me go wait away I’ve not opened it and won’t for 20 minutes. When I went back to room after this in corridor outside was left a dirty towel and pillowcase from room next door. I raised this with the online chat help at 7pm it was not moved until gone 5 the next day (I raised a few times being told it would sorted asap). This side of the stay the cleanliness in communal spaces and the staff I spoke to let they stay down and are why I’ve dropped stars.

Bob W is a cute and quirky option in an excellent location in downtown Oslo. I love the little Whatsapp messages and the whole vibe of their concept. French press and kettle in the room are also super appreciated. As someone who travels to Oslo often for business, I can highly recommend this not only for that purpose, but also for pleasure due to the ideal location right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and the 5 minute walk proximity to Central Station. Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location and low price Cons: No staff onsite and email request was not answered, single room is tiny, as everything is automated via your phone you need to rely on your phone for check in as well as daily entry. Decent hotel but would likely stay somewhere with better customer service next time.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor in the shower was dirty. There wasnt enough lighting in the bedroom. Unde thbeds was dusty. No milk for tea and coffee. The front door mat was inadiquate and the floor w as so wet

The location was great. The front entrance door to the building was broken my entire stay. When I arrived to my room I couldn’t get the door unlocked. I contacted the person on WhatsApp and there was no response. I had just arrived from a very long flight and was tired. It took about 30 mins until someone responded to assist with the door issue.

The front door should be secured by a code lock but when I arrived the lock was broken and the door was wide open. There’s no staff on site which makes it difficult to get help since the chat isn’t someone local and fairly unhelpful when you ask about property questions.

Super convenient location but the gym is 30 minutes away... There is construction ongoing and our drain was clogged with previous guests hair in the drain. Having access to a washer and dryer (with tablets provided) was a bonus (but only 1 washer and 1 dryer so it was a struggle to get a spot). App works well to open door/luggage. Room was quite spacious (awful view though) and was nice it had a kettle/fridge
