Very reasonable rooms close to the centre of Newcastle under Lyme. Shared kitchen. Usually possible to park in Northcote Place.

A great place to stay. You have use of a kitchen, the rooms are clean and tidy, I had my own bathroom. Good wifi but the reason I will continue to use this place is the hosts. they are a very helpful and friendly family who clearly take pride in their guest houses and make you feel instantly at home. I will definitely be staying here again.

I visited Stoke-on-Trent last year and I booked a room at Clayhanger Guest House. (They have same owners) I arrived way earlier than my check in time, but the owners allowed me to sit in a living room plus they gave me breakfast!!! In my surprise afterwards, they gave me a room just across the street in ISUITES so I don’t keep waiting for the guest to check out. This is excellent service, especially after a long travel day. Would totally recommend both Clayhanger and ISUITES! And thank you very much for your kindness.

Great little find, cheap and easy to access. Stayed here for 1 night while working and visiting family. Arrived late and Kevin texted me the details regarding self check-in. Clean, comfortable and the coffee is greatly appreciated. Only downside is the bathroom being so far away but considering I was there less than 12 hours I can't really argue. I will be staying here again.

Lovely secure property with all anemities accounted for. Kevin met me at the door to go through some details and answer any questions I had, he also kindly upgraded my room for the night! Room was spacious and spotless with microwave, mini fridge and great power shower. A folder was also provided which had useful info about the accomodation, local area and places of interest. Will definitely be staying here again, thanks Kevin!
