I'm glad I stayed there only one night as the room smelled quite strong of chemical cleaner, the shower did not drain and the AC did not work well

Great location, 5mins walk to the beach! Pool area lovely and beautiful flowers around pool side. Music played around the pool, not too loud or offensive. Drinks at the pool bar far too expensive for a hotel! We were BnB and the breakfast was poor. Definitely not 4 star sadly! But on the whole a cheap weekend getaway, which was fine!

The hotel was as pictured and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they like their jobs. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a pool view upon arrival. The pillows could be softer but I used one the extra comforters in the closet for extra padding. Also daily room service which was great for clean towels when needed. The hotel is in a great location walkable to shops and the beach. People walked and biked along the path during the day and night. Super safe location. Parking in the street outside the hotel is safe and available. I was worried about space but it all worked out fine. Thanks for the great trip!

Tired hotel which has been given a bit of a refurb. Service was ok, rooms basic but comfortable. Location was ok, a bit of a walk from Cala Millor but other restaurants, shops and beach in easy reach. Breakfast is served in a basement with no real day light which is a shame.

Amazing place, very comfortable and grandly staff, the only bad thing is the breakfast buffet, There was spoiled food that was put out to eat and I saw an employee (maybe the manager) yelling horribly at one of the restaurant employees

The multilingual hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast is excellent with so many options of food. The pool has a lifeguard during the day and the pool area is kept very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Sa Coma beach is around a 10 min walk and Cala Millor beach is also around a 10min walk away. There are lots of restaurants in Cala Millor and Sa Coma to choose from for evening meals which were very good. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Everything was good except the noisy neighbors. It will be good to limit the midnight activities in the rooms.

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Our family of four found the staff always available and very helpful. The swimming facilities were great, attractive, and well-maintained. We had half board, which was good and offered a diverse selection with a different theme each day. The beach was a pleasant 15-minute walk away, passing by shops along the way. Strolling along the boardwalk in the late afternoon, enjoying the summer breeze and watching the sun set, was a highlight of our stay.

Just stopped for one night but wish we’d been there longer. Staff were great, pool facilities and food were fab. Great value for money!

Rooms were extremely big, pool was nice, walking distant to two beaches, the food at the hotel was also ok.

Personale gentile, camera molto pulita, colazione e cena veramente molto buone. Buffet fornitissimo e preparazione al momento di uova, toast, carne e pesce alla griglia. Camera spaziosa e confortevole un po' troppo minimale per un 4 stelle. Nel complesso molto buono, consigliato.
