Tuve una muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Selah en Valle de Guadalupe. El lugar tiene una vibra súper relajante y es perfecto para desconectarte un fin de semana, rodeado de naturaleza y viñedos. Las vistas son definitivamente de lo mejor del hotel, especialmente al atardecer. El servicio fue amable y atento durante toda la estancia, lo cual se agradece bastante. Además, las áreas comunes como la alberca y los espacios al aire libre están bien cuidados y hacen que el ambiente se sienta muy tranquilo. En cuanto a las habitaciones, son cómodas y limpias, aunque sí podrían beneficiarse de algunas mejoras o mantenimiento en ciertos detalles. En resumen, es un hotel con mucho potencial, buena ubicación y excelente ambiente. Con algunos ajustes en las instalaciones, fácilmente podría ser una experiencia de 5 estrellas. Aun así, definitivamente regresaría.

We loved staying here! Beautiful exterior. We stayed in the bungalow. We loved our balcony and the view. The bed was really comfy. The staff is very kind and friendly. We loved eating at the restaurant. Very tasty food! I did enjoy their red wine and purchased a bottle. Definitely worth the price! A hidden gem. The only reason why I gave the place four stars is because the pool was freezing! Beautiful pool but unable to swim because it felt like an ice bath. That was also the reason why we booked the hotel because we wanted a hotel with a pool.

Bathroom leak, TV didn't work, heater not working either. Staff was nice but completely unhelpful.

The hotel is advertised as having many amenities such as a full day spa, jacuzzi, restaurant and full bar. The place had one staff member tending to the front desk and bar area at the same time. Overall look of hotel is not what the pictures on Expedia show. Jacuzzi is broken down and it looks like it has been for a long time, and there is no spa or restaurant. We spent one night and woke up the next morning to realize that the whole place had no water for toilet, showers etc. unacceptable. We checked out early as we were extremely disappointed with the place as it was. Would not recommend at all.

The property has a great house keeping service. They will communicate through WhatsApp to ensure everything is going well in your stay. We enjoyed the pool very much but wished the restaurant was open during our stay. We did stay during off-season yet we had the perfect weather and were able to enjoy the grill and fire pit that the cabin had.

The room was ok, it looked nothing like the photos. Smelled and looked old. The shower was messed up, I had to prop up the showerhead using my left over shampoo bottles just to get some sort of water pressure. There is a restaurant on the property, the concierge said they'd be closed at 10pm. We came down at 8pm, and they were already closed. Other than that, i guess it was eh. Not worth the amount I paid and the points I used

Everything was great, staff members are really nice and courteous. Denisse at the front desk is a very customer service oriented person.

It's a nice place but needs a lot of maintenance. Staff very helpful and friendly. There were a lot of flies inside the house everywhere.

Property is beautiful, historical, great ambiance overall clean. I highly recommend getting a cabin, and yes there is TV, wifi, clean restroom, and plenty of hot water. Outside pool is warm and the Views are spectacular! No breakfast is offered here, you can get outside vendor menu at the reception lobby. Many outside vendors can deliver your food here. Staff is very nice, they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is accommodating. America, Denise and our bartender were amazing! America helped me organize my mother's 70th birthday. From ordering a customized cake, arranging a big family dinner, to helping me arrange a Mariachi and a Danza. It was a beautiful experience, our family enjoyed everything about this gem. This place met all my expectations and would most definitely revisit. Thank you, Team Saleh!

Overall I wouldn’t comeback due to my room felt like it was falling apart. My room shower was not working and only a small amount of hot water was coming out almost nothing. Second is the windows in all the rooms could be opened from the outside and no safety mechanism was present so I could close it from the inside. There was poor lighting in the room and no TVs as well. The staff was great but the condition of the room was not great.

The room was dirty the sink was all disgusting, there was shoes under the bed probably from the previous guest…I had to sleep on top of my own clothes terrible I have pictures I wish I could download them
