Beautiful hotel with the most excellent staff

Palazzo Keller was exceptional. The courtyard as you entered the hotel felt like you were stepping into a calm sanctuary after all the crowds. The hotel was beautiful, staff were very helpful, and the breakfast room was stunning as were the selection of breakfast items. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay there again!

Convenient location. Excellent breakfast!

The floor was slanted and historic in our room. Even had its own plaque. Plaques were all around hotel explaining history. Breakfast was pretty good. Not enough cut up fruit. Coffee choices were excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Good location and easy to catch Ali Laguna to airport even though it was Labor Day. Overall just a great place to stay.

Very clean rooms. Staff was excellent very helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. It was also in a quiet part of the city which was nice.

Gorgeous facility, well-located, unbelievably helpful staff. What a treasure. You won't believe how artistic the renovation has been. We had an attic room that was something out of House Beautiful. Everything is spotless and up-to-date. A must visit hotel in Venice.

Room and location were excellent. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is that our room was filled with cooking smells before dawn, along with slamming of doors right below us. We determined this was because we were right above the kitchen area.

Hotel Palazzo Keller was wonderful. The location is very convenient and yet the hotel is tucked away and very quiet. Our room was beautiful and very up-to-date, with plenty of connections for all technology. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and had a beautiful, large shower. All the common areas in the hotel are absolutely beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous dining room, and the spread is really everything you could ask for and more. Service was excellent throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.

a beautiful place to stay, not too far from the piazza san marco. the room was very nice and very clean and very modern. the staff was extremely helpful...we needed an early morning water taxi and they took care of it for us. also got us a breakfast box for the journey.

What wasn’t likeable about this place, it had absolutely everything! Breakfast was amazing, staffing were lovely and the hotel overall was incredible. Will forever be recommending people to stay here. Thank you for making our stay so special!
