Everything was great. One of the best places I've ever been. No matter what room you book, you get breakfast and the staff are very good. I will choose to stay here on my next trip.

I booked a room for 2 nights and when I arrived it was told there were no rooms for the 2nd night, only rooms for the first night were left. The second night, the hotel said it would refund or change to a lower room category. However, checking on the booking pages, there are still rooms available for the second night and the price has doubled. At noon on the second day, the staff informed us that a customer had canceled, so there was still a room available, no need to refund or change to a low-class room. The whole trip I had to worry about finding another hotel to stay because there weren't many choices in Ta Xua. Unprofessional work.
