It was not I expected. Property is old fashioned and it doesn’t matches the photos online. Poor customer service and on top of that somebody just broke into our room while I was sleeping at 7 am, they could have stole some stuff. Also the beach smells bad.

⭐ 1/5 - État de propreté inacceptable Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. L’état de la chambre était absolument déplorable et ne respecte pas les normes minimales d’hygiène. Problèmes constatés: • Murs sales avec taches et traces de moisissure visibles • Joints de silicone autour du lavabo et de la baignoire complètement dégradés, noircis et moisis • Surfaces mal entretenues partout dans la chambre • Propreté générale inexistante • Installation visiblement vétuste et négligée J’ai documenté tous ces problèmes en photos. C’est inacceptable pour un établissement qui accueille des clients payants. L’hygiène de base n’est manifestement pas une priorité ici. Pour le prix payé via Expedia, on s’attend à un minimum de propreté et d’entretien. Cette chambre aurait dû être rénovée ou au moins correctement nettoyée avant d’accueillir des clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Passez votre chemin et choisissez un établissement qui respecte ses clients et les normes sanitaires de base. Date du séjour: Février 2026

It’s a bit of a stretch to call it a hotel—it’s more like a guesthouse. The interior isn’t great; it feels like a container with a bed and a bathroom inside. The price is good, so it’s acceptable to stay, but I wouldn’t choose it for a vacation.

The room & beds were clean but the room and decor far inferior to the picture I’d seen on line when I booked. No backsplash on the sink - just painted plaster with deep scratch marks across it - no extraction fan - chipped paint on the door - the porch outside was supported by extra bits of wood that interfered with the parking. We went to the restaurant an hour before it was due to close and were told ivy a very rude and angry waitress (clearly very stressed) that it would be more than an hour before we would get food. The main reason we’d booked this place was having a restaurant on site after 12 hours of driving.

Le personnel etait courtois et la chambre propre. Par contre payer ce prix pour une chambre dans laquelle on entend les voisins parler et ronfler, le nettoyage de la cuisine du rez de chaussée jusque 11pm, et une salle de bain propre mais qui a encore des carreaux des années 70 dans la douche, c’est non. Qualité motel pour le prix d’un tres bon hôtel

Nice view. Few lights that worked in the room and AC didn’t seem to work. Beds comfy. Staff friendly. Restaurant is excellent. Price point for the stay was a bit high.

The location is super convenient and the restaurant was one of the best in this neighborhood, really. Unfortunately, the room was not in a good condition. The bathroom drain is clogged. There were five flies in the room which I had no idea how they got in.

Waterfront room was awesome with beach access! Super friendly staff, nice renovated room (great shower). Half an hour away from great shopping in Rimouski. Will definitely rebook this room.
