This was a flying visit to the area. The hotel was good with lots of parking. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel grounds were beautiful but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to enjoy them. Recommended if you are in the area.

Brilliant stay, highly recommend What a lovely place. It’s a proper family home that goes back centuries and you can really feel that when you’re there. The staff were so friendly and nothing felt too much trouble. The food was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable, we had the best night’s sleep. Beautiful setting too. We’ll definitely be back.

We visited this hotel back in September 2024 everyone was so welcoming the hotel is beautiful with breathtaking grounds and views! We decided to come back as a memory and we were fortunate enough to stay in the exact same room as last time which was very sentimental to us!! The breakfast was delicious with such a huge choice of selection The staff are lovely as well as the owners who are very welcoming and friendly!! We hope to see you again soon thank you for a lovely stay!

A wonderful stay!

Breakfast and service at breakfast was personal and first class. Plenty of secure parking. Wonderful property steeped in history. Lovely time.

Lovely characterful country house set in the beautiful South Downs National Park, but within easy reach of many other places of interest. Car needed to take full advantage of the location. Owners and staff very welcoming and bedroom comfortable (superior double room). Good breakfast served and a choice of pubs for evening meal within easy reach (by car)

Great traditional English B&B in the country close to main infrastructure. Staff are old school polite and friendly. Building has character and works well. If you like the old English. Country feel this is the place for you.

Friendly and accommodating staff, lovely breakfast, comfortable room with fantastic external view, and the property is set in beautiful surroundings.

Staff were excellent and made us feel welcome. Bedroom was large enough and bed was very comfortable. History of the property was readily available, and most interesting. Bathroom was rather small and could have benefitted from more shelving.

Loved the gardens, the house (very Victorian), and the gardens. If you are into nature this is the place to be. The breakfast is made to order and the staff is just excellent. Thank you to all staff!

Lovely room with nice view, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff/family. Excellent place to stay for visit to Austin House, which is about 15 miles away.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Langrish House. We stayed for one night in January. We spent the afternoon relaxing the sitting room by the fire with a glass of wine and then enjoyed a lovely meal at the nearby Seven Stars pub. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!
