Everything was clean, the staff was really helpful and the view to the catedral was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was the temperature of the room, it was too warm.

Hotel charged me twice and required me to contact with hotels dot com during the mid night

Love everything about it

So, i am incredibly disappointed with my stay, because we had booked private rooms for more safety. None of it worked, someone entered our private room and stole my debit cards and important documents as well as cash. Ubers cant reach the location so you have to walk to the backstreet exposing yourself to multiple risk, because it’s relatively close to tepito. All in all i am incredibly disappointed in the experience.

La habitación individual era más amplia de lo esperado. Muy buen trato y atención por parte del personal.

Habitacion de acuerdo al pago, todo el personal súper amable sin importar la hora. Baños buenos, agua caliente, gran lugar para tener donde dormir y guardar tus pertenencias.

Personnel très courtois! Hôtel très bien situé, juste à coté du Zócalo avec au dernier étage une terrasse avec un bar donnant sur la cathédrale! Bonne ambiance musicale avec une vue imprenable!!!

En general todo estuvo perfecto, el recibimiento, los servicios que ofrece, la zona, limpieza y la calidad - precio son bastante buenos. El desayuno incluido y el resguardo de equipaje le da un muy buen plus al lugar, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Los trabajadores del lugar muy amables y atentos.
