The property is apartments. There are no elevators and most apartments are located on an upper floor. Although not located near major sites,the location is walkable with many cafes and bars near by.

The location is great especially for access to great bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the centre. Lovely setting.

The A/C did NOT blow cold. Ever!! Pathetic to advertise air conditioned! We were sent maintenance, however he did not improve the temperature AT ALL. Nothing else was done to improve our experience. We witnessed others spending hours to get into their locked rooms. Very remote assistance. Spotty impersonal computerized responses. Too late. The property was well located in a great neighborhood.

This was a really nice flat, had all the necessary amenities and was generally well presented. Super comfy bed and air con was great. Staff were always on hand to help and attentive! Would recommend, good value for money.

Nous avons eu un dégât d’eau provenant du niveau supérieur en pleine nuit et comme il n’y a pas de personnel sur place on a dû se débrouiller pour déplacer le lits qui était sous la fuite . On nous offert le lendemain, un transfert de chambre mais aucune compensation pour la nuit sans sommeil et tous les inconvénients

Last minute booking, nice surprise on a beautiful and clean 2 bedroom unit. Building felt safe since you need lock codes to enter building then a different code for unit. Location was about a 25 minute walk to the center where cathedral is or the Santa Cruz area. The neighborhood is super quite, especially at night. I would uber back at night unless your walking with a group or other person. Great stay!

Only a few steps away from Almeda de Hercules and the bars and restaurants .In 10 minutes you can walk into main attractions in Servile. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and the entry system is easy to use and very secure . Would definitely stay again when in Servile.

Overall clean apartment for a reasonable price, located in a quiet but walkable area. However, I wish the curtains would have blocked the windows completely. From the outside, someone could easily have a glimpse inside your bedroom, especially when the lights are on. Other than that everything was to our satisfaction.

Overall great stay for the money, would use again! Better parking would be the only major opportunity for improvement.

Great overall. However, the signs to find the property and my room was difficult to find. I arrived at night and the réponse to my WhatsApp messages was not that great. I looked for the building and my room for at least 30 minutes. Other than this, the place is clean and spacious. Very comfortable stay.
