Average hotel. Terrible bathrooms.

Hotel receptionist and staffs were un-professional, and food quality was not up-to-date.

Family rooms not maintained properly as they are in old building, taps leaking, fan not working properly and even basic hot water kettles provided after lot of request and that too not working, overall not very good experience

I was so bad experience in this hotel bcoz. I was book hotel in talk with receptionist Frist than hi was say your brck fast is free..and morning hi is telling me sorry i was say breakfast is not i was say but y? Than receptionist was say i was say breakfast is free by mistake ..this is so bad and 10 times i was complaining for hot wotar in my bathroom but not resolve in my complain..so bad experience

Staff was very accomodative and overall it was very satisfactory experience

They didn't provide me the room which they initially showed. That is why we left from the hotel. The receptionist was non co-operative and arrogant.

Very decent place clam and peaceful place. Neat and clean surroundings.

Room wi fi was denied as been agreed in confirmation letter.

Nice place to stay with family, budget hotel. Available all required basic amenities like pool, bar, restaurant, play area.. very spacious room and good location.. Staffs are decent and very cooperative.. Staffs boy, Mr Dharmendra is very soft and polite.. appreciate his professional approach and helping nature.. I love stay in this hotel in my next visit..

Solo traveler. Stayed for a night. Hotel is ok but can be much better if Management puts in proper effort. Faced a few issues - 1) hot water was not available in the bathroom. When I called the Reception they simply asked me to call the Room Service who then asked me to call House Keeping. Instead of sorting out the problem themselves they kept on passing the buck to the next department. 2) The lock of my room door was not working properly - big safety issue this. Was getting late to go somewhere but had to wait till the team came to check & sort out the problem. Overall experience was just ok. Expecting much more from a Hotel which is considered to be a 3 Star property.

Staff members were too good...front desk was very comfortable and friendly...love to stay..enjoyed a lot ..breakfast food dinner awesome..tasty..Very nice hotel..reasonable too..

it was amazing experience during the stay and the 2 person over the counter desk was so helpful Mr. Rohit and Mr. Ravi. services are 5 star and would like to recommend to everyone whoso ever wants to stay in Ujjain.

Restaurant needs a good improvement and proper governance .
