First of all, this is not a hotel, it is an apartment in a residential complex. The building is quite new, the apartment overlooks a narrow courtyard and other people's windows. The host is a management company that starts communication with guests by requiring them to submit a questionnaire with a bunch of personal data that is completely unnecessary. We arrived early and hoped to leave a suitcase in the apartment, but at the entrance we were met by a security guard who did not speak English. We were able to contact the host only via WhatsApp, and we were told that there was no luggage storage option. We used Wekeep at a hotel 10 minutes away. We were told that the apartment was being cleaned, but the bathroom floor was dirty and there were leftovers in the refrigerator. Attention, the broiler in the bathroom does not work well. You will have to find it in the depths of the apartment and turn it to maximum, and then screw it back on. The apartment itself is quite far from all interesting routes. Not the best experience.

The place is awesome! The doorman was polite and friendly. We arrived at midnight but the check-in process still went smoothly. The only issue we had was the hot shower. The hot water was on and off. The water heater needs to be fixed. Other than that, we are satisfied with everything.

This is not a hotel, it is a vacation rental in a residential building. The front desk staff are doormen/security, they don’t work for the booking agency and cannot support with anything other than booking the pool. The communication with the hosts was confusing and it took them days to reply over Expedia. Ask them for their WhatsApp and they will respond quicker. The elite apartment comes with in suite laundry, which was a huge benefit because they only give you one towel per guest (despite requesting more in advance). The suite has no air conditioning and only came with one fan for a two bedroom unit, and despite asking multiple times for an extra fan, it was not provided. The price was so affordable, you get a luxury apartment for the cost of a hostel, which is reflected in the level of service. Overall, we were happy with our stay, the room, and the amenities of the building.

No A/C☹️, Terrible communication, on cooperative We had no help from the people at the front desk, they did not want to store our suitcases even though we arrived in the USA at 9am and we had to leave with all the luggage and when we returned the apartment did not have air conditioning. Finally we had to muve to another hotel. not recommended at all.

This was our last stay in Lima and the experience was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. We were greeted with a very unpleasant and unwilling to help person at the front desk. We could not check in to our room till 3 and they were unwilling to hold our bags until check in. We were willing to pay but we were told to comeback at 3. We fount another location nearby that would be willing to hold our bags till 3 or 4. There was never any mention that we needed to book the pool and a max of 8 people was the limit to use the pool at one time. We were asked to leave the poolside and told all bookings were used up for that day. The rooms were clean and nice but no air conditioning which should be a must in a room with very little airflow. I would not recommend this as a place to stay in the future. To many rule that are not communicated properly by the apartment on hotels.com and the staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. If I could put a negative star review I would. Hotels.com doesn’t not seem to be totally at fault and my issue is not with them. Stay away from this hotel/apartment. Many other places nearby to stay at with much more pleasant, helpful and staff willing to help on your vacation.

First off, this is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms that some random guy manages off-site. All communication was via WhatsApp and we weren’t able to call, only text. If you need extra towels they charge extra (we only had 2 towels and they charged $15 for more). The door lock/deadbolt broke on our only full day in Lima, so we were trapped in our room for several hours. We tried to get another room while our lock was being fixed, but the manager said there weren’t any available. The new door lock installation got delayed, so after being trapped in the room for 3 hours, he finally gave us another room to stay in, which should have been done much sooner. The rooms themselves were fine, but the customer service was subpar.

En general, nuestra estancia estuvo bien. Tuvimos un inconveniente al llegar porque no había toallas en los baños, lo cual fue un poco frustrante. Sin embargo, al comunicarnos con el administrador, nos las proporcionaron. Por lo demás, todo estuvo correcto. Solo notamos un ligero olor a humedad.
