The ULIV Parque Lincoln is located in a great area in Polanco. Although it is close to Avenida Presidente Masaryk, it is in a very quiet and safe place. The suite was clean, and since we stayed for 10 days, we found the kitchen area useful. What stood out the most was the staff. From the property manager, Dafna, to Ximena and the rest of the team, everyone was helpful and friendly. When we had an issue, it was taken care of quickly and happily. We would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was very clean, spotless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is absolute PERFECTION, near a beautiful park and loads of restaurants. Things that could use improvement: The fridge motor in the room is too noisy; the water pressure in the shower is too low; the staff makes too much noise in the early a.m hours which disturbed our sleep as our room was on the first floor...Otherwise, a beautiful room, well provisioned, in a great location. I will come back here!

Great location, very safe, and good value for 2 bed, 2 bath with a kitchen. Easy to walk to restaurants. I didn’t like that you had to pay to check in early or late when this is typically a complimentary upgrade when available. Also had to pay for housekeeping. The rooms were good but had some cleanliness issues (sinks clogging, hairs in the shower, etc) but overall it was a good price for what we got. The rooftop is also a nice touch.

All good. Quality of bath towels can be improved.

Perfect stay - the space had everything we needed! Bed was super comfy and location was convenient.

Spotless clean room in a quiet area with many coffee shops around. Digital access and good internet speed. Some contradictions, though. The signs in the place say it is a place free of smoke (smoking prohibited). However, one of the staff members smokes at the place entrance a strong tobacco that permeates the lower floor. When requested for coffee pods, they said that it is complementary but not included in the room price. That was not clear to me. Despite that, a good place to stay.

No dresser for clothing. Huge closet with five coat hangers and no place for socks, underwear, T-shirts, etc. The walls are scuffed up and need to be painted. The walls are bear, so it feels a bit cold and uninviting. The property is OK for the price paid, but I will not recommend it to friends nor will I rent it again.

The location is superb, the facilities are IKEA efficiency, a Novotel type complex, set up as studios. The price value matrix warrants the 6 stars.
