2024 first time to Jogja. At first, I was just looking for a cheap hotel and didn't expect much. But after arriving, I was immediately wow, there's an Indomaret downstairs 😍. Then I went up to the receptionist, they were very friendly. Okay, went into the room and were serious, this price is around 200? Very clean, clean look. It's not too big, but the bed, toilet are that clean. There is a water heater, 2 more free bottles of mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar. The location is close to everywhere, you can rent a motorbike, you can do laundry too. And yesterday I just got back from Jogja, 1 week there. Didn't change hotels. It's very comfortable there!!! Continued success!!!

The place is comfortable, like a 'home away from home'. Our train arrived at 2:30 AM and we were able to check in super late. Very helpful. The hotel is above an Indomaret, so if you have a lot of luggage you have to take the stairs to the second floor. The location is not too far from the station. The room is comfortable, has a window, and there is parking. Maybe the interior of the room could use a repaint to make it fresher. :)

The bathroom was clean, the room was quite spacious, the service was excellent, and the location was strategically close to Tugu Station. There was a tea and coffee maker available, and there was an Indomaret downstairs, so if you needed anything, just go downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very close to Tugu Station and the Malioboro area. Unfortunately, the bathroom's cleanliness could still be improved, as there were yellow stains on the tiles. Furthermore, several stains were found on the bed sheets.

Great, near Yogyakarta Station

First time staying here. The receptionist was really nice. Even though my train was late at night, I could still leave my luggage here. I had food left in the fridge, so they let me leave it there too. Thank you. If I go to Jogja again, I will stay here again.

The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable for a temporary stay, but unfortunately they didn't provide toothbrushes and toiletries, but it was safe because there was an Indomaret downstairs.

A comfortable, clean budget hotel, friendly staff, good wifi, clean bathroom, the main room is clean and tidy, hot water and shower are good, the AC is very cold, another plus is that there is an Indomaret downstairs, parking can be used for cars and motorbikes, overall everything is good. Very satisfied. Hopefully, if there is fortune and long life, if there is a vacation to Jogja, I will stay here again, hehe.

Affordable prices, daily refreshed amenities, strategic location near Tugu Yogya train station, and even though it's above a shophouse, each room has a window. The staff are friendly and super helpful. What more can I ask for? Superb Batik Oma!

Strategically located near Malioboro, there's an Indomaret downstairs so it's very convenient, and the room is also quite clean. I stayed in the second floor room at the very end, next to the storage room/kitchen. Early one morning (6 AM) I woke up to the smell of cigarettes. It seemed like someone was smoking in the next room, while opening the window, so the smoke also filled my room. Furthermore, the night before, around 10-11 PM, there was the sound of someone hammering nails into the wall from the next room, which was quite disturbing. Please pay more attention 🙏

For the cheap price, the room and bathroom are quite clean.

The hotel was comfortable, and the receptionist was kind. I asked for help cleaning something in the room, and they promptly cleaned it.
