The hotel staff is friendly and the room is comfortable.. but on the notes, it is a bit noisy.. because usually the hotel guests hang out on the 2nd floor where smoking is so it is a bit noisy... just a suggestion for the hotel staff, okay? Maybe they can reprimand the noisy guests, so other guests are not disturbed

Stayed for two nights. On the second day, asked for help to clean the room, but it was not cleaned. As a result, the towels were still wet, there were no new toiletries, mineral water had to be asked first to the receptionist, and annoyingly, there was no TV broadcast on the second night.
