Our latest experience with Marriott Bonvoy group was unpleasant, so I kinda doubted to book for Sheraton. Anyway, because the location is superb, then we decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, everything went well! Hospitality top notch. They even gave me early check-in and late check-out, so we can maximize enjoy our stay there. It's walking distance to almost every main spot of Kuching. Will come back for sure if we have a chance to visit Kuching again.

Very nice room, comfy bed. The kind receptionist lady allowed us an early check-in because my dad was going through a medical procedure the next day. Location was superb, close to plenty of eateries and cafes. Recommended hotel

A well-appointed new 5-star hotel in Kuching with excellent staff service. The property feels fresh and modern, reflecting its recent opening. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was satisfying, though I personally prefer the breakfast offerings at Hilton Kuching for their variety and taste.

So far everything is nice, only the food is not so much choice and the room I chose does not have a sofa to sit. This is the second time I'm staying here. Last time I'm staying, my room has a sofa to sit. But it's still nice. Next time I will come again.🥰🥰

The room is clean, but maybe they should fix the clogged bathroom floor. The breakfast was delicious but lacks varieties, overall OK.

A cool 5 star hotel. All the staff are very friendly, the rooms and facilities are modern. The location is very strategic. The food is also delicious and amazing. It is no wonder that it is the best hotel in Sarawak.

I don't know why, but the air conditioning in the elevator and the hallway to the room wasn't working. So, the atmosphere was a bit humid and hot.

Bilik 1102. Toilet shower air melimpah ke seluruh toilet. Rm7+ for this condition room memang teruk. Aku harap management baca ni dan buat sesuatu, nak refund memang tak dapat. Untuk 5star kualiti mcmni mmg tak berbaloi. Aku puji housekeeping, front desk memang kurang pengalaman. Aku ni kira regular customer, so agak detail dan picky sikit. Terima kasih.
