this is not my first time stayin here, but this time its kinda unpleasant, bcoz there is no watafel in my bathroom, it looks like being taken off from there, and the employee need to be awared about the cleanliness more, especially under the bed and prepare the facility and toiletries proper before guest enter the room... please improve

Very friendly, nice and highly recommended for this hotel. Very good service, very possible to bring a big family here and there is a hall for events if you are willing with affordable prices, so recommended for a staycation here. Good hotel, really like it, and overall so good. Cool, cool and very cool.

The location is very strategic, it's easy to find food, but if you use the Grab Maxim app, it's difficult to determine the location of this hotel because it's not on the maps, you have to be smart (I usually enter the hallway next to MTS Labor). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, fragrant, clean but there is no hot water in the bathroom. But overall it's really worth it.
