Great service even got a free bottle of water without being part of their member club

The location is extremely convenient. It's next to the Vienna West train station. In the Vienna train station, there are dozens of stores including grocery stores, banks and the restaurants.

We enjoyed staying here. It was super quiet even though it was right next to the West Bahnhof train station. Being at the train station and near the subway made it very convenient to get around Vienna. But the area is very walkable to the main tourist sites. The room was clean and comfortable and had the best pillows of all the hotels we stayed at in Austria. Definitely a plus for us. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We would stay here again.

Small bar area, and a large hotel. Staff were visibly struggling to help all customers, and wait times long as a result. Similar issue at breakfast which was chaotic with people even sat on the floor near tables to eat, in the business area on the first floor, and not certainly enough space for everyone. The staff were friendly, but it feels the budget nature of the hotel is taking priority. Rooms were simple and clean - but slightly dated compared to other Motel Ones I've stayed in.

I paid Parking for five days. Every time I went out, I had to fight not to pay again because the tickets the Hotel gave me would not work. Frustrated… I could not take my car in and out… So I was limited to using my car. Very frustrating!!!!!!! One of the times I had to back up and then take my car and go park it again… you had to walk all the way from Lyle into the subway hub all the way around building to get back to the hotel… …….basically they said we’re third-party. We can’t help you and I’m like no no no no we’re not doing that…!!! This was my first time to Vienna,… First time with a car in Vienna, so that was the ultimate “WORST PARY”of staying at this hotel!! I have to say because of this my first visit to Vienna, was ruined because of the Parking… (sidenote… Even at the Information center, they’re very frustrated with you. They keep telling you to go over to the kiosk and get a ticket… If you don’t know: “ HOW TO USE”. the kiosk that’s absolutely no help… Very hard to find someone patient and kind to help me with the subway, the bus in the tram. !!! Note to Hotel… You need to work out a better arrangements with the parking garage. If you take our money, we should have “ NO”problem with the parking garage!!! Other than that, the hotel is amazing… The location is amazing…

located in the Vienna West Bahnhof complex which has a shopping mall and access to the Vienna metro and tram systems as well as the stop for the Vienna Airport bus service. Walkable area for shopping and finding enjoyable places to eat.

This property is conveniently located near the Metro, making it easier to navigate Vienna, and the staff were outstanding. We will return.

Excellent location and friendly staff. But for the price the room was tiny, and they didn’t have a family room for us inspite of booking for 3 people. The sofa bed they gave was full of dust and dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location

location was perfect. facility was clean and well laid out. only hitch was room was TINY. We were supposed to have a king “comfort” room but it was a letterbox with what looked more like a queen bed. To their credit, when i complained, they moved us to a “family suite” which had a slightly later bed and a small couch in the same size room (lol). Europe

Excellent location idea for transport to and from airport and around the city tip is to buy a multi train / underground and tram ticket for 48/72 hours excellent value for money best city transportation city I have experienced

Clean, very accessible to transportation, stores, and food. Hotel was clean, excellent customer service and beautiful ambiance.

If your goal is to be close to a metro station then this is a great option. However, if you have luggage, there is literally no room for it in these rooms. Nowhere to unpack, nowhere to put your suit cases, just a few hangers but no drawers or shelves or space. Also worth noting, this was the only hotel on my 4 city trip without a coffee maker in the room. The hotel is directly next to the metro station though which was quite handy and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by.
