Lovely room with good amenities

This was our second visit to the property and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Well located so that you can walk to the shopping centre for meals or the supermarket. Great park near the shopping centre for kids and walking/bike paths for their bikes. Tea/coffee making facilities but no toaster or microwave in the rooms we had so it may not be the best place if you want to self cater. Good BBQ and seating area outside. We will be back!

Excellent position, short walk to town and close to beach. Style of room is a little dated, however; this was not a concern as the room overlooked a lovely courtyard, was clean and close to town and beach.

Always great staff and a comfortable stay, close to shops and places to eat.

Staff excellent. Amenities good. Room clean but bathroom could have been cleaner especially around the base of the shower.

Room clean and modern. Nice bathroom. Nice BBQ and outdoor area to sit for takeaway meals. Check-in friendly and advice re local eating options. Warm weather for beach so didn't use pool and spa but it looked ok.

The whole place is neat and tidy, the staff are nice and helpful. The room was large and well set out. And best of all the water pressure in the shower was awesome.

Staff were extremely rude. We had to pay $50 a night for a trundle bed that my 4 year old did not even use as she was considered another “adult” no information on this was on the booking form or confirmation email. The lady at reception was extremely rude with the worst customer service skills. On top of that our room stank of cigarette. Will never stay here again. Only good thing about this place is the location.

Everything was good

Most comfortable beds and bedding in any hotel or motel I can recall. Plenty of quality towels. Friendly reception. Disability parking.

It was a cold night when we arrived and the receptionist very kindly turned the heat on in our room ahead of our arrival as we were getting in late, that was a nice touch! Nice motel
