Lovely big, clean room & bathroom. Did ask for a view of the square but didn’t get that. But that was the only disappointment. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location was perfect. Right on the square so a 10 minute walk from the station and 5 minutes to the beach.

Greeting upon arrival was uncurtious to say the least, abrupt no understatement here. There was never anyone at reception again to ask anything during my four days stay which is probably as well. But my room was ok, bar half the lights not working, no Aircon and no WiFi felt storage... Otherwise my room was decent and clean

This hotel was great, the person that welcomes you is very attentive, the room was cozy, clean sheets, towels, it has a restaurant service 24/7 and is close to the beach.

Convent location. Faces a town square with good restaurants and a band stand. Paid parking lot one block away. Room small and no coffee or breakfast a viable.9

Great location, clean, warm basic accomdation. Would stay there again.

This hotel is one step above a hostel, do no recommend.

Don't let the photo deceive you. This hotel is right on the central square in Ostende, super convenient to everything. Nice staff, easy going, easy stay.

Great location, good value

Fantastic hotel for location and cleanliness. Great view of town square from the window,excellent value.I arrived at 7pm to find reception empty and my room key sitting on the reception desk . I was leaving early the next day so never saw the staff. Not a problem though and would definitely stay again Warning!! I parked my van in the nearby car park. The overnight fee is 22 euros.I didn't have to pay but that's not good news! Instead I was towed away at 4am because on Thursday they hold a market. The police told me there's a rather small notice in Flemish telling of the restriction. outrageous! After picking up the release papers I had to take another taxi out of town to the compound and pay a release fee of 300 euros OUCH.

The hotel is in a central location close to shops restaurants and bars and just a few minutes walk from the beach. My room was modern and comfortable. the bathroom shower door would not close meaning that water sprayed directly into the bathroom and made the floor very wet, slippy and dangerous. there was no door directly onto the fire escape and people with mobility issues would have had difficulty in the event of a fire. The room was modern and met my needs with good wifi reception. No Kettle but this was a minor issue for me.

Hôtel bien situé avec salle de bain spacieuse. Lits confortable. Rafraîchissement plus que nécessaire par contre (murs, meubles, porte serviettes, cuvette wc).

De badkamer rook vies en muf. Er waren veel sporen van schimmel, het toilet trok moeilijk door. Algemeen niet even fijne ervaring. Bij contact via mail krijg je amper of geen antwoord. En als je dan telefonisch contact opneemt moet je mailen. Als je dan zegt dat je al een week aan het wachten bent op antwoord, dan krijg je het antwoord dat de mail niet dagelijks wordt gelezen. Ik had dringend een code nodig voor de trein en na een week mailen en 2x bellen waar men beloofde mijn mail dan toch te beantwoorden heb ik ze nooit gekregen. Heel jammer...

Chambre vraiment sale mur matelas avec des grosses tâches trou dans le parquet fenêtre qui se ferme pas fou claper la porte très fort pour qu elle se ferme je n y retournerai pas !!!

Un hôtel parfaitement situé, a deux pas de la gare, du centre ville, de la plage à pied. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Je recommande

Litt slitt, men greit. Inngangen var via en restaurant på gateplan. Veldig liten resepsjon, de som satt der jobbet også i restauranten. Bitte liten heis, smale trapper. Men sentralt, jeg var der for stranda, ikke hotellet.

De accommodatie was goed en de personeel waren vriendelijke.

No light in bedroom, the room should be cheaper priced. So it's comparable on the quality,
