The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. In the room we stayed in had a portable a/c unit, not a heat pump unit that was shown online in photos. Couldn’t watch tv because the portable a/c was so loud. The room was semi clean. The beds were clean and comfortable, but the bathroom needs a scrub. When we went to check out no one was in the office. Called out several times and no one came. We then left the key and departed because the room was already paid for when we checked in.

No hot water for a shower on the morning of checkout. No face cloths.

great place to stay price was right

Well it sure was a shocker when we got there & checked in. Super Disappointed at this place! We were not in the motel building! We were put in a house they called a family room at the back of the motel at back lane which had a suite with a living room two arm chairs no sofa. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The kitchen had hardly anything in it. We did go back to desk to ask the man if we could change to a motel room in the main building but he said they were fully booked so was not able to do it. We were stuck there in the house for the night. Please know the suite could use a deep clean (walls & all) needs some maintenance & painting to freshen up the place plus a sofa. The wifi barely worked. Called about wifi but no solution given. The TV remote in living room was missing. Called desk for help and man brought a bucket of remotes. He left bucket for us to find a remote that worked. It took 30 minutes for us to finally find a remote that worked before he came back to get. We thought we’d be in the motel building & were quite dissatisfied with the house they put us in without prior knowledge at booking. The air conditioner was barely blowing, needs some TLC by the looks. It barely cooled living room. The bedrooms were too far from it to cool down so we all had horrible sleeps in hot uncomfortable beds. The eavestroughing needs maintenance as water was running on us as we stood to open door and carry our things in. Terrible experience for our family here. Not worth the cost.

Easy check in and check out. Although it is listed on Expedia as they are open until 11pm when we called ahead to the front desk, they said they closed at 10. They were able to leave us a key in a lock box but did require an e-transfer in advance, for a security deposit, which they promptly returned the next day.

Very nice place to stay. Reasonably priced. Close to downtown and the famous MS park and restaurants etc. We didn't face any issues. Thanks for the comfortable service! We will recommend to others.

It took forever to get hot water to my room. I could see the level of the ocean dropping as I waited, lol Very noisy as it’s on the Trans Canada!

A/C , bed was ok. Door was horrible,huge gaps. No hot water, most of the electrical plugs did not work.
