Had so much fun with my daughter and its a great location for kids !!

The location is great. The unit itself was okay. Unfortunately there was no mention in description of basement tenants. We rented the 3 bedroom. Be very aware there are basements tenants and you can hear everything through the floor.

The cottage was clean. The management was very friendly. It was so close to the beach for walking distance.

I love this place. Simple not luxurious. 5 minutes walk to main beach of Port Elgin. 5 minutes car ride to all grocery shops and main street. Bring your bedding and enjoy the summer vibes and beautiful nature. Tom very responsive and nice. This is my second time here and surely not last.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We booked what was advertised as a one-bedroom cottage with one double bed and one double sofa bed. Upon arrival, we were assigned Cottage 2, which was a studio/open-concept unit with a futon instead of the advertised double sofa bed. The layout and sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised and, in our opinion, could not comfortably accommodate four people as listed. Because the accommodation did not match the listing, we decided not to stay and had to find alternative accommodation on short notice. I also contacted Expedia to resolve the issue. Although they communicated with the property, the refund request was declined. I was disappointed that the listing discrepancy itself was never clearly addressed. I hope the listing is updated so future guests know exactly which accommodation they are booking.

The price for what we got was outrageous. The cabin was clean enough but tired and the place had a musty smell. Some strange guests that made us feel uncomfortable. Location was excellent, accommodation was sub par for the cost.

Tom was a great host friendly and accommodating! Cottage was rustic but clean. Loved the splash pad and the park right across the street and close to the beach! Great stay would definitely go back!

Ok stay. Very clean, nice beds and kitchen, cozy place, but there wasn’t enough hot water for the 4 people. Just one had the chance to have hot shower every night.

Tom was an excellent host. Well worth the stay

Filthy and smelled of mold. Beware. No refund

Very dirty with a dead rotten mouse in the kitchen sink. Living room Smells bad. Floor not properly cleaned. Blanket looks dirty and smells bad. There was scraps of food and other garbage on the sofa. This property should be delisted.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with. We’d stay again.

We had a great couple days there and then decided to stay a extra night..we will be back

For 3 days the price was okay, however the website said there is a fridge, dishwasher, and WIFI with the ability to sign in to my Netflix account. The fridge, wifi and dishwasher was not working day 1, the manager was able to fix the wifi but the fridge was replaced a day later so lots of food was dethawed and warm. The dishwasher was never fixed. The smell in the cottage was horrible like spoiled eggs, my husband said it smelt like sex and cigarettes... The BBQ we did not use because it looked like it had rat feces in it. There was underwear and and Empty can of monster in the single bed room dresser day 1.... It did not feel clean. There was a Brocken trampoline .... Such a downer for the kids why even have it there... Tom was kind and tried his best but the expectation is that the cottage is well maintained, that's what I paid for!

Cottage was very clean and cozy. Had bbq and place to sit outdoors with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. No coffee maker or toaster but otherwise, kitchen had everything you need for stay.

Beautiful spot peacful, close to the beach , close to shopping and very reasonable price, stagf were very accommodating. Thanks Tom for a great holiday we will be back!

Stayed 2 nights July 4/5, place was clean, absolutely no issues! Ppl were great, everything we needed was there (byob) had a great fire both nights.. property was well kept, 1 chair outside was cracked and it was replaced immediately, would def book here again! Amir and Tom were great hosts. Thx guys!
