Property is lovely outside. Cabins are old so difficult to really clean well. They are in need of some upgrades without a doubt, for example, mini fridge in our room wasn’t working nor was the electrical outlet for tv. It’s convenient for going on the ferry to Nl but don’t expect modern conveniences in all rooms/cabins.

Bien situé pour débuter la Cabot trail et ils nous permettent de laisser notre voiture et remorque dans leur stationnement pour quelques jours …le temps qu’on fasse la Cabot trail en moto !!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, water in the washroom was hot. A nice, casual stay in an older but well-maintained motel with great access to the view and easy on/off the highway.

Love this place! Great view of Bras d’Ore Lake in a beautiful quaint little town. Food in the restaurant was very good. The motel is older but suits the vibe of the town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was great!

The owner of the hotel was very, friendly, helpful and understanding. We were late to check in, until the next morning, due to adverse weather conditions that cause of the original ferry was cancelled. The owner of the hotel was sincerely helping us by saving two rooms for us and allow us to have the late check out. So we can refresh ourselves and have few hours of good sleeping. We really appreciate that.

Our room was at the back, so we lacked a lake view. But the property was well situated and pleasant. We would be happy to return

Restaurant was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating.

My room was quaint and positioned nicely in the hill, offering a lovely view of the water below. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Very friendly staff!

The room was clean. Staff helpful at check-in. Basic amenities. They were out of coffee by 8:30 am & no one was around to replenish it.

It was ok. Easy parking. We were wanting to make our own supper due to allergies but absolutely no cooking in room was allowed.

Rainy and cold outside, but wonderful and cozy inside. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food was great at the restaurant, best chicken sandwich I ever had, my husband had the fish cakes and he absolutely loved them.

Very accommodating, and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great place overall. Bunch of us stayed here for a sxs trip. Highly recommend!
