An affordable, clean and reliable place to stay overnight for driving through. We would stop here again.

Do not book here the place is a dump..stairway to the room falling off the building..room's are a mess should be closed down. Don't waste your money...I lost my money and didn't stay overnight had to find something else farther south in grand falls.

Dated urban property. You get what you pay for. Although their rates are elevated in the summer, they are the cheapest in the area.

If you just need a place to sleep for a night, this is a good choice. No frills at a low price. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Our cable box and remote did not work but that wasn’t a big deal as we were tired from being on the road all day. It’s not a fancy motel but for the price it was just fine. Better than paying $400 for chain hotels for sure.

Our room was cramped and lacking any warmth. It didn't look like any of the rooms on the Expedia website.

We pulled up to the motel and thought it was an abandoned property.. the bed had stains the walls had drywall repair all over it u couldn't open the closet..the pictures on the internet were false! There were flowers on the property as the the photos showed however there was a huge pile of furniture outback! Would never stay there again or recommend.

No blow dryer. Great location close to Timmy's and walkable distance to restaurants

A decent motel for those who have traveled all day as we did. No complications. Good location just off the highway. Probably will stay when in that area again.

Old rundown motel. In the parking lot there was chairs and miscellaneous. Bed was very uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep as rolled to centre of bed. Stairs were metal that made loud noises in your room. Neighbours were not courteous at sleeping time

STAY AWAY from this motel it’s dirty the room is practically on the sidewalk water marks all over the ceiling (we where praying for no rain) for the shape of the room you should not be charging higher end rates
