The restaurant was very good ,bed was comfortable,bathroom toilet was very small.

J’ai adoré, au restaurant la nourriture est tellement bonne les propriétaires accueillants! Tout etait parfait je vous le conseille.

Doors were a little hard to open, aged building Some food was left in the desk by previous guests and missed by the cleaners. Staff was friendly.

Clean and comfortable

Our car broke down and we were towed to Lac-Megantic. I found the hotel on Expedia and it turned out to be a great find. The check in was quick and easy. Room was good size and very clean, and beds comfortable. But the best part was the hospitality of the owners. We asked for later check out as our car was still in a shop. This was readily accommodated without extra payment. They were also very reluctant to accept gratuities, we had to insist. We highly recommend this hotel

The buidling shows it's age, however the rooms and facility were clean. The service was great. We found that the stay was a good value for your money and would stay there again.

l'accueille tres gentil

This is a great family owned/run value hotel, restaurant and bar. We spent three nights here while enjoying the outdoor activities of winter in Quebec! Great location with easy access to trails. The rooms were clean the staff very accommodating. The rooms were adequate size and all had balconies. We would stay here again!

Stayed for a couple of nights in the middle of winter. It was quiet, warm, comfortable, clean, and the restaurant downstairs is the sort of place the locals eat in by choice. You can pay a lot more and get a lot less than this. We'll probably be heading back.

Le restaurant était excellent

It was a nice room, and I know this isn’t the motel’s fault but there was a really annoying barking dog on the floor… I’m assuming the motel allows pets? I don’t know but it definitely is the reason I’m docking a star. Food at the onsite restaurant was good we had dinner and breakfast there.

Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Apparently under new ownership and the owner whom I spoke with was doing the cleaning. They seem friendly, and open to upgrading their property, which is, due. Everything was very clean, but outdated.

The toilet did not flush with enthusiasm. When brought to the attention of staff they came right away and checked it out. The staff said that one must hold the flush lever until all the water left the reservoir. To me the siphon of the toilet is inadequate and the toilet needs an upgrade or there is something else wrong. The room requires at least one chair as there is no place to sit. Air conditioner was noisy even on low fan, however it worked well. Room and linen were clean, beds comfortable.

Bien. Confortable, style rétro avec les installations de la salle-de-bain de couleur. Mais les photos laissaient paraître le tout moins vieillot. Donc, pas tout à fait nos attentes mais je recommande tout de même.
