The motel is very outdated. The room smelled of heavy smoke. It was a non smoking room. Had to ask for towels both days I was there. No service in the room for the next day. The shower spay was awful with no adjustments. The room needs a complete over haul. It was a last minute booking, I will look elsewhere the next time.

It was a cold night. The heating didn’t work very well and the room was very cold. The mattress was good, but the pillows were not comfortable. The room was clean, parking right in front of the room. It was quite and check in was good. I arrived late, but they have service after 8pm I just needed to call. They also offer soda and chips for an extra charge (just at reception). Pet friendly

Good enuf

I found the place to be run down and way over priced.. i paid 206$ for 2 nights and i regret it. I probably could have and i definitely should have went somewhere else. I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a couple nights but after i booked the reservation and got there i found out i could have stayed at a way nicer place just down the rd for 30$ more.. it was not clean something fell down and rolled under the bed and when i went to grab it there was a big sticky spot from where something was spilled and was never cleaned the tv did not work and you could hear everything going on in the rooms besides us. This place should be alot cheaper for the quality of the rooms compared to other motel/hotels. It is not worth 103$ a nights it was only worth half thay in my opinion if i could get a refund i would take it. If mu car would've been fixed i would of went somewhere else but i had to wait to get it fixed and unfortunately had to stay there... it was a -5 star motel horrible dirty run down and way over priced do jot stay there it is not worth the price

We did not see any evidence of bugs of any kind - like we had read in reviews. The young fellow at the reception area was friendly, welcoming and truly hard working and cares that all guests have a good experience with the hotel. It's old, dated, and furniture is a mish Mash - but you can see renovations and updates are underway. I would stay again.

You get what you pay for. So so dirty... the fella at the front desk was very nice. Room was gross, mould on bathroom ceiling walls filthy stained sheets and NO SMOKE ALARM... most of the tenants appear to be permanent... just saying.

Very quick check in, easy access to the walking bridge, all that we needed for a quick nights stay. Renovating … and doing a great job of it!

Not great, kinda scary how the top lock was broken off so I couldn't lock it.

Good motel nice peoples

It was all right I mean you get what you pay for. I’m a little pissed off that I paid a portion to Expedia that wasn’t taken off my bill at the accommodations. It was only $32 and some change but why was I charged the full amount when I got to the motel. Clear instructions would be great. The smoke detector went off when my husband went to have a shower and there wasn’t a reason for that. Full-size towels would be nice and there was a bit of like a chemical smell. I understand that might be from cleaning, but it was a lot overall though it was average at best not bad, but not amazing.

If you want to have a comfortable bed o stay, here is a good choice.

I liked that a room was available but I was confused about the check in. I paid our credit card bill when I booked the room and was then told that I was going to be charged the amount on check in. If that is standard, perhaps you should ensure that this is included on the booking page. The external appearance of the motel was very rundown, especially in the back. Sheets and towels were not changed during my stay. That being said, I would stay here again for a night or two because of the price and location.

I stayed here for one night but I wouldn’t stay again, it was very dated and that isn’t really a problem, it was ok for cleanliness (it was vacuumed but corners and ledges covered in dirt) but the big issues were with the room itself. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bed side lamp was unplugged, realized this was because it didn’t seem to have an on/off switch, there was no TV available (although the office said this was a Rogers service outage so may not be the motels issue), the shower desperately needs a new shower head, the bathroom door doesn’t latch closed.

Absolutely disgusting. Never again. I know you get what you pay for. But don’t do it lol trust me.

The property is under construction

The check-in was straightforward and customer service was satisfactory. The room itself was clean but outdated and in need of repairs. The bathroom floor was cracked and seemed like it was sinking where the toilet was. The motel is on the freeway so you could hear cars passing by. Luckily it's not a very busy road.
