The property desperately needs a refresh - and the removal of lamps and other junk items from the walkway on the second floor. Parking is awkward. At least they allowed our dog and for a decent fee.

Perfect place for my mini vacation. Central location on the Main Street, a short walk to the beach.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was great. The location was great for walking and shopping. The vietnamese restaurant below has great food.

Curbside view was a real turnoff but room was newly renovated but dusty.

Good value, a very clean room, comfortable beds, good pillows. A 4 min walk to the beach, and an even shorter one to the cafe's and restaurants of Meaford. Terrific Vietnamese restaurant on the front of the motel. Minh's. Try it out!

I chose this location based on reviews, and many of the reviews were saying that the place was exceptionally clean, which was a top priority of mine, even though it was a reasonable rated stay When we got there, I was thoroughly disgusted and didn’t even wanna sleep there, but it was late and we couldn’t change The entrance carpet is filthy and tattered. There was debris on the floor. There was hair in between the sheets of both of our beds. There was faeces on the toilet and it was just absolutely gross. We got a hold of the manager. He did bring us two brand new sheets so we could cover this mess and we stripped the beds and just slept on the brand new sheets hover over the toilet because we didn’t want to sit on the seat and this is after we disinfected everything with our cloth that we brought He blamed the Cleaning staff for not doing their job when he came down but did not offer any kind of a discount in hindsight I wouldn’t sad that I booked this place and I will never ever return or ever suggest anybody goes there. The only good thing is that it’s walking distance to the beautiful Lakeshore of Georgian Bay Debbie

The host Valentina was very kind and helpful, and I had a good overall stay. There were a couple dirty spots, but I can't complain about the price. Would return again.

Based on the price and other reviews, we were not expecting a high end hotel, but also based on reviews, I was expecting a little more than what I got. It was not as clean as I would have liked - sticky residue on my night stand and a shower curtain with brown stains. The only lamp in the room with no lampshade. It was fine for what we needed and the price was very low but I wouldn’t return.

A cute little motel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. The hosts very friendly and helpful. The only critique we had was the pillows. They were very thin, and even 2 together they were not comfortable. New pillows would make a very big difference.

It was not a fancy motel by any means, but it was clean and comfortable. The dog Daisy was so friendly and welcoming too! Will stay again for sure
