Wifi is not available even at the 1st floor. No warm breakfast is available but the available food and service was excellent

Max the owner was cordial and helpful so was the staff Adriana. Our room was like a flat, , Living (outer room) was not too big but sufficient size to include a chair, study table and 2 twin beds for 2 adults to sleep comfortably and bedroom(other room) was decent size with one twin bed and a wardrobe and a crib Bathroom was clean Pros: Clean room, clean bathroom and over all clean property, hot water, inbuilt restaurant at the ground level so we could use the microwave in the morning Location is 10 min walk from Rhine fall North side Cons - We got a room on the second floor , so it was difficult to carry 3 heavy check in luggages up and down since there is no lift. However, owner Max allowed us to keep them on the ground level in their restaurant area for overnight, which helped.

Weather was very hot while we were there. Even with windows open the rooms were hot. A fan would have been helpful. Reception desk closed on Sundays. Staff came in when contacted to get our rooms.

Adriana is very helpful and happy to assist with anything. The hotel is a bit older, I’d recommend to book room with private toilet

What you expect from a budget hotel not a great deal but even basic rooms in hotels have a kettle for making hot drinks

The room was very clean, but I rated it lower because every space in hotel except the actual room smelled of smoke. Very strongly. Room was VERY small, but clean. We couldn’t get the room warm enough. I think off season it had been cold in there and just didn’t have time to get warm. Location is great for Falls in this very small town and in a nice residential area.

Very bad experience. No service whatsoever. Wifi did not work. Promised breakfast was not served with nobody around.

Chick in must be at 3 pm. The owner told us that the room is not ready..and it will be ready at 5 pm So we waited till 5 pm. The other thing ...he got 202 CHF instead of 192 CHF

Very friendly staff, clean and sufficient single room with a shared bathroom down the hall. I had not expected the small refrigerator nor the shower stall and sink in the room. Perfect. Breakfast was included in the price and was plenty to start the day. The location was convenient to the Rhine Falls, the train station and bus stops.

If you're traveling from USA I highly would not recommend this hotel we actually ended up not staying at. Our reservation was for one night however when we pulled up and my husband went in it was full of cigarette smoke with men smoking all over. We got our key went up to the room and the whole room, hall, everything smelt like cigarette smoke we all had instant headaches. It is in a good location, the room was clean there was no TV. Room was very, very small and very little amenities. We gave key back and left.

We had a great time! We forgot to leave the key behind and the owners have been so nice about it!

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, reicht aber. Es ist auf jeden Fall sauber. Das Bad ist winzig, vielleicht 4 qm. Das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer. Das Bett hatte eine gute Matratze und -was ich ja liebe- Federbetten. Zum Frühstück gab es Croissants und super leckeres Brot. Aufschnitt, Marmelade und Honig reichlich. Auch frisches Obst wurde serviert. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nur das WLAN-Signal war etwas schwach im Zimmer. Hervorheben muss man noch, dass es Adapter für die Steckdosen auf Nachfrage gibt. Daran hatten wir auf unserer Reise nicht gedacht.

Zimmer sind sauber. Jedoch im eingang wurde geraucht und das riecht man bis oben. Im Tv spielte die Schweiz und der kommentar war serbisch oder kroatisch. Im zimmer hatte es ein Tv gerät ohne sender. Nach 10 min fanden wir Radiosender und das auch nur von montenegro, serbien und kroatien. Zum duschen muss man über die Toilettenschüssel steigen.

Parking gratuit Et pour avoir les clés de la chambre à partir de 16h pas avt le réceptionniste sympathique arrive à cet heure là . Je reviendrai. Merci
