Spectacular setting, outstanding dining, almost Michelin one quality, nice facility, nice bedroom and bathroom

The staff was unbelievably helpful -- Javiera was there for anything that we needed. The room was beautiful, food was delicious. Truly a wonderful experience.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful in planning hikes the day we left. Decor was fun and beautiful. Food was outstanding, local and large portions we used some fir our dinner the next day,

We spent 1 night at this ecolodge , dinner was amazing , we called in advance to reserve dinner . The lodge has a 9 km trail with amazing views of Bertrand and General Carreras lake

Remote, peaceful and relaxing.

Very friendly team. Comfy bed. Great views. Dinner 60 dollars which some reviews have complained about but the food was good and the price reflects the overheads and fixed costs of running a small enterprise in such a remote location. We were very satisfied with our stay

Had a fantastic stay for 4 nights at Mallin. Belén and Roxana could not have been more helpful during our stay, booking in and organising for us our bucket list tours of Kayaking the Marble Caves and the Explorades Glacier Ice Walk. The companies that they used were first class. Belén is extremely knowledgeable and was such a gracious host. The walk at the back of the property has some of the best views around. The rooms are lovely and thoughtfully decorated and the property is about 50mins from Rio Tranquilico by car and is a lovely drive. Can’t fault our stay, thank you to the team at Mallin!

The view from the room is outstanding and the staff is great. The trails on the property lead to some of the nicest view points in Northern Patagonia.

Had an excellent stay. It was too short. Next time will stay for 3 nights. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Belén and Jessi provided lots of advice and were just great! Located in a beautiful region of southern Chile.

Our favorite place in Chile. Wonderful staff. Best views. Places to hike and near many attractions. Evening meals are lovely. Unique individual cabins set among the trees at the edge of Lago General Carrera.

My room it was exactly as described, incredible staff, austoning views and great food!. This is really romantic please for an anniversary or honey moon a reasobable price!

This place is as close to a heavenly haven as you can come! When we first arrived I laughed out loud to myself because I didn't think somewhere could be that beautiful. The accommodation is beautifully decorated in both the rooms and communal areas. The main part of the lodge where breakfast and dinner take place is stunning inside and out and has a really cosy homey feeling, as well as feeling grand. The wooden interior and exterior of the property are just stunning. We came in December and the bright purple and pink lupins surrounding the property made it feel like you're walking through a fairytale. All this, and then you look at the view. The views over the crystal blue Lago are just amazing. The staff were super friendly, and multi-lingual, which was very useful for us as we don't speak Spanish. The food was all prepared from scratch on site and tasted super fresh and amazing! I can't wait to visit here again in the future.

The view, the staff, the room, the restaurant even the towels were exceptional. We would willing stay there again.

A very nice resort to stay at. The hotel is located an hour away from rio tranquilo so it's a little far if you're planning to see the the marble caves but a very nice place to enjoy the outdoors. The front desk person was very helpful...he went above and beyond on customer service. They don't accept credit cards only cash and/or PayPal. At the end it worked out great and the guy at the front desk even had an awesome breakfast waiting for us in the morning. (Wish I got his name) I would definitely recommend this hotel/resort/cabin to anyone traveling to this area since it's the nicest hotel in the area. I definitely give it a 5 stars!

Excelente opção para um descanso em viagem pela Ruta 7. Local maravilhoso, com vistas lindas e sossegado. Há opção de trilhas pela propriedade. Serviço muito bom e atencioso. Chegamos depois das 21h e o restaurante já estava fechado, mas mesmo assim nos preparam sanduíche e omelete e serviram bebidas de cortesia. Da próxima vez vou programar mais um dia para explorar e curtir melhor o lodge.

Cabana impecável, café da manhã incrível. A trilha que tem no hotel vale muito a pena. Experiência ótima
