The property is in an excellent location—very central, with many sightseeing attractions within walking distance. Public transportation options are also very convenient and easy to access. However, the apartment itself is quite outdated and would benefit from renovation. The furniture feels old, and the space lacks comfort and thoughtful details. Basic supplies and amenities were limited, which made the stay less enjoyable. Overall, the apartment does not feel like a home. It felt more like a one-star hotel or a budget hostel room rather than a comfortable place to stay.

Si pudiera dejar menos cinco estrellas, lo haría. Nuestra experiencia en este departamento en Ciudad de México fue muy mala desde la llegada: no es como en las fotos y al entrar había un olor muy fuerte y desagradable. Las sábanas, almohadas y cobijas estaban sucias y polvosas, y todo el lugar tenía mucho polvo, lo que nos provocó alergias e incluso problemas en la piel. El papel de baño era de pésima calidad, casi como periódico, y solo dejaron dos toallas para dos personas para una estancia de seis días, algo totalmente insuficiente, además de que la cama parece piedra !! Pesimo para el costo tan caro, también la comunicación fue deficiente desde el inicio y por WhatsApp fueron groseros y poco profesionales. Además, el departamento es muy ruidoso y no permite descansar. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, ya que la zona es buena y caminable; fuera de eso, no lo recomendamos si buscan confort, limpieza y buena atención.

Great place for short stays in the Centro Histórico area

Very good location and safe area for tourists. The only thing I thought it was slightly odd was that the person in charge of the apartment goes to pick up the trash from the apartment daily and might go inside the apartment when you’re not there. Nothing too crazy, the person was still very respectful and everything was nice and safe.

Great start. The apartment was a little noisy at night with sound from surrounding rooms, but otherwise was a very nice stay.

I have been to Mexico City various times and I had no idea of this location. It was amazing. Truly a gem. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for a few days 7 in total. Everything about the stay was good. It was cute and clean. It was a very seamless experience to travel into communication was too tired. Only gripe was about 20 to 30 minutes without water on a random Saturday but that was the building complex issue. The hosts were right on it. Will recommend and may book again if I'm ever back in Mexico City.

Water heater was not turned on. Had to wait a day to get it turned on. Other than that awesome place.
