Room has no AC

No A/C, is a little hot in summer. Overall very clean hotel and excellent

The price is high for the type of hotel. I got stuck in the shower the shower door doesn’t have a handle.

The location was good and not far from downtown also had pool but water too cold

They didn’t have a room ready. We got the room until 8pm Extremely noisy couldn't get any sleep at all. The staff is rude and unprofessional. We had a reservation for couple of day but couldn’t stay more than one night. We ended up staying at different hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the entrance of Jerez. The room was clean and spacious. There is no air-conditioned but most local hotels dont have it either.

Great service

Wow! Clean and spacious with plenty of parking across the street. There’s a nearby gym (not part of property) that’s also very convenient since the hotel doesn’t have a fitness center. Will be staying here in the future. Hotel staff were courteous and professional.
