Sergio was amazing! He gave us great tips and the design of the hotel is authentic and brilliant. I’m definitely coming back here again. Check out the museum while you’re there.

Very nice for the price and a unique experience

If you want to stay here you better bring your own blanket. There’s no heater . asked for one and never received it. Doors and windows are not sealed you can see around the frame. And a tip you have to pay at the property since they say that Expedia cannot charge for the room ( so I had to call Expedia so they could refund the money that they had charge my account ) and the property wanted me to pay there if I wanted the room that I had reserved. Had to knock at the door for someone to look through a small window asking me what I want it. I had to explain my reservation through the window before they open the door for me, my wife and my 4 year old ( this was at 40 degrees Fahrenheit )

We enjoyed our night with the Posada. On arrival we were able to put the car in covered parking. The receptionist offered us several options for dinner. We chose the most “authentically Mexican” one, a short drive away (Mary). Excellent bed, quiet on a Friday night. Saturday morning walk around Tepotzoltán was wonderful, and morning coffee on the hotel rooftop was a pleasure. Totally recommended!

centrally locate. close to museum, restaurants, and night life

The hotel is just ok. The best thing about it is the closeness to the downtown. Is clean with a great staff, very kind and helpful. The hotel is noisy so you can't sleep very well....

Ungewöhnliche Einrichtung. Sehr schön gemacht. Sehr freundliche Leute. Ich werde dort wieder übernachten, wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe.

Todo muy bien lo único es que de repente si se oye ruido en pasillos hacia el interior de la habitación pero en general esta muy tranquilo y el lugar muy céntrico a menos de 10 minutos caminando del museo y centro, recomiendo

La entrada fea,pisos viejos , muy lleno de polvo, lo único regular la habitación el baño fatal solo la parte del la regadera bien, pero con polvo
