Clean rooms very nice place

Communication with the office staff was difficult, and accessing the family rooms required either climbing stairs or taking a slippery, rocky path. There was no reception support available to help with our luggage. The pool also didn’t appear to be in use. The property itself is charming and maintains its original character, but that means there’s no air conditioning and no modern amenities. TV never worked and due to the humidity and ceilings having holes, bugs were visible in the room. The room was surrounded by vegetation. Excellent room service when it came to cleaning. Wifi was not stabled, and we had no electricity for a day (keep in mind this is a small town), but wanted to mention it.

Different that what look in their website very poor service

Para empezar cuando llegue, no habia nadie atendiendo tuvimos que esperar como 10 mins, no habia toallas, no tenian agua para tomar incluso fui a recepcion y tampoco tenian agua, tuve que caminar a una tienda para conseguir, no lo recomiendo

Le falta mucho mantenimiento y alguien que tenga conocimiento de atención a clientes en recepción.

I appreciated my stay at Oyo hotel with very nice staff and clean room. The little green space behind is refreshing. Breakfast limited but they can support your request. Just at 10-15mn by walking to center of village. Little inconvenience could be some noise from the road if loudly. Overall good for price paid

The room was next to maine road, it was so hot, could not open window because anyone could stick their hand through the window.

HOTEL DID NOT HAVE A PROPER LOCK ON THE DOOR. BED BUGS EVERYWHERE, NO HOT WATER, UN SAFE AREA, AND ENTIRE HOTEL VERY POORLY LIT. DO NOT STAY THERE.

The reality it’s that the girl rel is not like in the photos everything looks terrible dirty and old

El hotel es limpio, acogedor, tranquilo y seguro. En medio de la vegetación de la montaña justo a la entrada de Cuetzalan. Ropa de cama, instalaciones y áreas limpias, gracias por hacer mi estancia placentera después de 1 día de trabajo!

Horrible service. Nothing like the description says. No breakfast, pool was empty, bedroom was so dirty. Property in really bad shape.

Great place, nice rooms and absolutely fair value for the price. A bit outside but was a nice walk to the center.

Si volvería a hospedarme en el hotel atentos y buena habitacion para descansar y cerca del centro a buen precio

El hotel en sí está un poco viejo , al principio me dieron una habitación horrible vieja húmeda olía horrible sin embargo pudrieron cambiarme a otra mejor . ubicado a unos 20 minutos caminando pero es imposible caminar debido al camino muy estrecho; sin embargo puedes tomar la ruta que pasa gusto cruzando la calle. Ojo me volvería a quedar ya que tienen parking ; el centro es imposible de manejar .

Atención de personal mala, habitación limpia, solo una toalla ( por cierto hacia honor al nombre del hotel " con hoyos ) para dos personas, cuarto con hormigas, buen estacionamiento. No regresaremos.

Horrible, hay chinches, terminamos super picoteados, pensábamos que eran mosquitos, pero en la última noche encontramos una chinche en mi almohada, fue horrible para mí, les tengo terror
