The staff was super helpful in arranging cabs for us and watching our bags even after we had checked out. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the room was immaculate.

Good location

The staff was very friendly and accomodating all our requests. They did their best to make our stay very safe and comfortable.

Centrally located, within walking distance of the PUCP university. Lots of restaurants and transit nearby, but still fairly quiet.

The staff were very helpful, room was big and clean and bed comfy. Shower took a while to warm up but was good when going. I think I was unlucky with my room just because the window looked out over a service yard so there was no view as in the photos and it was quite noisy until late and early morning. Free breakfast was a nice perk. Conveniently near the airport and in airport relatively quiet neighnourhood.

This is a pretty basic hotel that is in a good part of San Miguel. The person manning the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

First of all, the staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. I arrived very late on a Sunday night with a lot of luggage and was greeted warmly and helped to my room. I recommended it because of the staff and the location. What needs to improve is the bathroom. There was NO shampoo. There was NO face towel. There was NO floor mat or towel for after the shower. There was NO electric outlet in the bathroom. And there was NO towel rack upon which to hang your towel. If you want to stay there Be Prepared and you will probably enjoy it.

The hotel is in a location that is safe and close to Lima Downtown, Miraflores District, Callao, and near the airport. Staff is friendly and willing to please customers. Do not expect luxury or any fancy stuff it is just fine to go to sleep and enjoy Lima.

Location close to restaurants, movies and shopping. Comfortable. Quiet. Good service.

As for front rooms showing park. Back rooms are dark and nowhere near as attractive.

The hotel is only 1 1/2 blocks from busy Avenida Marina. It is a real treat to stay there. I am doing so for another night on my return to Vancouver, Canada.

Located in Parque Tungasuca in San Miguel 2 blocks away from Av. La Marina and from a Metro supermarket... A few downsides are that there is no shampoo, I'm not sure it's possible to close the curtains, and to have breakfast there, a previous notice and payment are required. Despite that, it's a nice place to stay overall...

Quiet hotel. overlooks a small park. its a couple of blocks off of La Marina Avenue and is quiet. I paid only 90 Soles for each nite for a comfortable room. Hotel staff gave me good directions to local stores to buy peruvian products. Arranged for a taxi ride in the morning for an airport. Staff tried to make it comfortable for me.
