Staff were awesome and although most didn’t speak English we communicated some through Google Translate.I stayed for 3 weeks and they went out of there way to help with tours etc.

Stayed here multiple days. The room was always cleaned and the staff was always beyond helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Cusco

The hotel was in a terrible location. In addition, the administrators invented an immigration tax (IGV) that they charge on my credit card $76 soles, but on the invoice, appears only $42.39 soles. That was very disappointed, since they did not mentioned when I registered.
