Very noisy location because it’s on the Main Street! Bathroom is very clean but very tiny! Can hardly turn around. Walk in shower was great!!

Great value for the money, nicely renovated rooms, and an absolutely wonderful staff who worked very hard in countless ways to show care and hospitality.

We have stayed at this hotel before and find it very conveniently located right next to a good shopping mall and with easy access to Cumberland and Comox. Our room, two queen beds, was quite spacious with lots of room for both suitcases. Free water, juice and nibbles were in our room on arrival, and an all-day free coffee machine in the lounge provided many varieties of coffee and tea. The hotel has been recently renovated and was very clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant is right across the parking lot, but it is very popular, so allow wait time on weekends. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely recommend the Coast Courtenay.

My stay was lovely. The room was nice, clean and modern. Loved the outdoor heated pool and seating area with propane firepit. The staff was so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and will return. (The Plates restaurant next door is also incredible)

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The property was delightful and the rooms were clean and efficient. If it had been by the water, it would have been perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Courtney Hotel. It was recently renovated and the rooms are very modern. The staff were super nice and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We would absolutely stay there again.

One of the 2 beds in our room was extremely squeaky. Heard this same complaint when at the front desk. They were receptive to the man who complained by giving him a room discount; however, despite our identical issues being voiced back to back, we were not offered any discount.
