Was a good place for a quick overnight. The rooms were very basic but sufficient for my families needs.

Bed bugs and beyond. We had to go to a different motel 160 klm away the place was very bad worst experience of my 66 years of travelling

I didn’t expect the room to have no air conditioning, especially considering the price. Since it was summertime, the room became quite warm, and I found it difficult to sleep comfortably. I understand that the location may affect the pricing, but overall, I still found the accommodation overpriced for what was provided, particularly without air conditioning. On a positive note, the staff member who assisted me was very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate their excellent service, but I hope the hotel considers improving the room amenities or adjusting the pricing accordingly.

It was lovely to be next to the river and to nature. The staff person was very kind and helpful. Prices were reasonable and the room was clean, though the motel was certainly bare bones. A separate kitchen at the end of the property housed coffee and basic breakfast fixings (white bread, jam, peanut butter, a toaster). The traffic was very loud, given the property's location along the highway and it was quite audible inside the room. There are no shopping amenities nearby, so be prepared with whatever you need for the evening and the next morning.

You had a few of the river and chill vibes

Nice guy that works there, they have a guest kitchen for tea and coffee. Great view.

The employee who served us was very friendly but spoke too fast for us to understand him. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower water went from hot to cold while showering. The bathtub wall and window need upgrade. The front window needed cleaning. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good spot for one overnight stay. Breakfast kitchen had the essentials.

A place to spend the night

this is an old motel that had his best days. First there is no AC and I think that I did not check correctly. Big storm during the night resulting into power lost . As the water is not connected to a municipality the water is on site pump that unfortunately is not equipped with an emergency generator. The end result is no light , no shower, no faucet, no toilet ...! Lesson do not planned a early morning shower, take it when water is available.

Nothing around there they have bread for toast in a room you can make your own coffee,tea

Perfectly adequate place to stop for a night. Not much for amenities but had what we needed including a fridge in the room. Room didn't have A/C but fans were provided and we slept fine.

Hotel is very outdated. Kitchen area needs upgrading. Only 2 ice cube trays for entire motel so first come first served. Located next to highway so listen to traffic all night. No A/C so room was hot.

Check in was good. Property run down. Outside needed painting. The room when we went in looked like cleaned well between guests. Unfortunately when we had a shower the tub for starters did not drain well at all. Then the grunge and grime started coming back up the drain and. there was a lot. Also noted mold around the bathroom window. No air-conditioning and could not open window due to heat and smoke. No microwave in the room but did tell us there was one available. This place has great potential with some work. Did not speak to staff about our issues as we were exhausted from a long drive thru a lot of smoke. We were gone by 6 the next morning.

No AC, stores are 50+km either way from the location, dead bugs on toliet and in the tub. Unless you absolutely need a place to stay, keep driving. Half eaten loaf of bread and jar of peanut butter for a "complimentary breakfast" nightmare.

The hosts are really amazing, always there for helping. Location is also on quiet place, near a lake.

Unlike many other motels that I have stayed at over the last six weeks all within the same price range this one was in very poor condition whereas the other ones were all kept up quite well clean new furniture or new rugs, painted walls, not infested with mosquitoes, etc.

Easy check in, staff were polite, plenty of parking, i liked it the shared kitchen area with fridge, microwave, utensils and bench seatings, you meet some nice people when you share some accommodations 👍 only downside no restaurant near by and room's do not have A/C ,other than that it’s a nice place to stay!

Room was decorated by dead mosquitoes on the wall. No AC, so a fan was provided with open windows, which would be fine if there wasnt a rip in the screen... Woke up with bite all on my face. Awful.

The Front Desk Manager was efficient & friendly. We were provided with good quality linen & towels. The bed was very comfortable. The view of the lake was spectacular! Even though there is no A/C, our room had a stand up fan to use. We will come again!
