Room is cleaner, bed duvet folded every day. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs and sides. Coffee tastes not bad, strength is just right. Bedroom views are interesting. Listen to the cow bells and see them at the back up the hill. Transhumance animals around the valley.

The staff at Hotel Diana were wonderful and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a lovely spread of a European continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and fruits. The staff kept it well stocked and clean throughout the breakfast service. They surrounding area of the hotel had a wonderful view - we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hotel the evenings that we were here. Would definitely recommend it to others and return for another stay!

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The hotel provided good food and had good amenities - indoor swimming pool. The location was brilliant for walks through the forest and around the lake (Titisee), Plenty to do and see.

On arrival the staff appeared to have lost our booking as we were questioned and shown another booking. Of the two rooms booked only one was as specified, we had a none valley view. three bedded family room at the back. Despite attempting to get our booked rooms the staff member on reception said the hotel was fully booked and he could change nothing. He did offer to book another hotel for us at 1900hrs!! You cannot get dinner unless you reserve a table before 1700hrs, so we had to find another restaurant nearby. Very inconvenient. Nice hotel, useless staff and procedures. No discount was offered despite the room not being on as booked. Find another hotel.

We stayed at Diana Hotel as a couple, first reserving 4 nights and then canceling the stay after one night. The hotel is located in the best location possible, close to all the attractions we were planning to visit on our trip to Schwarzwald. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found out a few things about the hotel: • It was very old, and the furniture and utilities showed. • The small balcony was for some reason shared with the rest of the floor, so that other guests could easily peep into our room through the window (whose curtains cannot really be closed shut). • A wasp somehow managed to enter the room, while it was closed. As we preferred not to get stung on our trip, we asked the staff for help. The employee simply killed the insect and wished us a good night, while leaving us with the body laying on the floor. • The bathroom wasn't very clean, and we were surprised to see a shower curtain in a hotel's bathroom. So for summary, it wasn't for us. But some might find this hotel great for their trip, though I still think that objectively the price of 100€ per night is too high.

Wonderful hotel, helpful staff.

We had booked a room for two adults and one child but we were givenr a tiny room with only a double bed. After talking to the staff, they fixed the error and gave us a bigger room with an additionnal single bed. The room was much more comfortable than the first room. The rooms are very clean. They have a nice pool which my daughter really enjoyed. And the breakfast was excellent in the morning. There are also a few restaurants walking distance but you mostly have to take you car to get anywhere (you have free access to the bus and train during your stay at diana). About 10 minute drive from Titisee lake.

Loved this hotel there are walking trails near the hotel that are amazing to explore. The Chef was amazing we had the nightly menu which 3 courses. the village near the hotel is Titisee we drove a boat, shopped, also the Farris wheel.

We had a great time! The location is great right at the southern central of the black forest The staff are lovely and very helpful. There is a pool and sauna. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful!

5 nights for relaxing, great corner room with balcony overlooking valley. Superb swimming pool, but very poor wi-fi reception constantly losing signal. Good buffet breakfast, we did not dine in hotel evening restaurant, too limited choice. Excellent choice of restaurants within 10 minutes. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We choose this hotel because it was close to the Feldberg an situated between Titisee and Todtnau. The staff of the hotel was doing its best to make our stay a pleasant one. The family room we booked was comfortable for sleeping. With a party of five we needed 2 rooms. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect. The complimentary breakfast was as expected. We didn't have lunch or diner at the hotel. Since we were most of the day outside, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Diana and we certainly recommend this to others.

The host was lovely, everything was clean, the room had a balcony looking out over the mountains in a wonderful location, peaceful.
