It is clearly not a 4 star hotel in terms od its facilities. In addition to that, staff schould be trained in hospitality.

Reataurant and hotel were very good! One minus point, the electric supply’s were shut off during night (electric system) so for working people getting up and counting on having everything charged, this was a bit of a minus point

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre. Most places in the city are within walking distance. The hotel is set back from the road so there is no traffic noise. The room and common areas had a smart, modern appearance. The room was very comfortable with a good bed. The breakfast has a good variety of things to choose from.

Nice location and very good atmosphere. In particular breakfast is amazing.

Parking in the underground garage was difficult due to some renovations work going ond the high occupation at the time I was there. Otherwise excellent hotel and marvelous breakfast!

Excellent hotel in the middle of Erlangen with great amenities and very friendly staff

Nice hotel but bit old as I was given a bigger room which was nice but the closet shelves were some half broken, the window was bit not fully closing but they manage to fix it. Sometimes in early evenings there were some noises but at full night was o.k. The Jazz night was nice which was free entrance to the guest. Overall good hotel nearby galleria and shopping district and not far from the Erlangen Bahnhof.

Located in the heart of downtown erlangen, this hotel was a wonderful stay. A very quick walk to the social scene and train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. The room was exceptionally clean and had a small balcony.

The hotel seems to be coming out of renovation, and started operation before renovation finished. Rooms are equipped with an automation which is supposed to make it easier to control lights, but the automation fails all the time, power outlets come offline periodically, the fan in the bathroom stops shutting off and runs full time, etcc. The breakfast is good thought, good choice of food and nice service.

Requested a room with AC, no AC. It was incredibly warm in the room. I asked for an iron for clothes 3 days in a row with no iron. Finally they did agree to press my shirts after 3 days. Otherwise, generally friendly staff. The hotel is undergoing major renovation. I hope it’s a lot better!

Have stayed here many times. The hotel can always be counted on to be clean, quiet and dignified. During the week it caters to business people and on weekends is quiet. The is a parking garage. Hotel is tucked away in a courtyard and is within walking distance of the train station, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and is in the architecturally interesting arched Keller.
